Our tour guide, Ding Feipeng, was very responsible. The itinerary was well-planned, and his explanations were detailed and interactive. He explained Beijing's local features and enthusiastically shared his own introductions to the various doors of Beijing. He also gave us small gifts for free. It was my first time participating in a Ctrip group tour, and the experience was excellent. I highly recommend this enthusiastic and responsible tour guide.★

Director Yang's service was excellent. He closely monitored the meeting point and progress of the guests to ensure on-time departure. He explained important information on the bus with humor and personality; his wit and charm are undeniable—he's a real talent, a real gem! I even considered being his straight man in a comedy routine. Haha! His explanation of the Ming Tombs was professional, incorporating some interesting anecdotes; he's definitely got some skills. See you again sometime!★

Melonie was amazing, no complaints at all. Even though the weather was not ideal, she kept her cool, and was very nice to everyone. The meeting point was easy to find, she sent very thoughtful instructions on WhatsApp before our visit. We connected on WeChat so if someone got lost they could call her and if we had any questions she answered patiently. She sends additional info on what to see, where to go, where to eat etc.★
