How to use
Please bring your booking confirmation voucher and identification documents (such as passport, ID card, etc.) to collect and redeem
1. The SIM card must be registered upon collection. SIM card registration is mandatory. Otherwise your SIM card will be invalid.
2. The SIM card must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
3. Each customer can only register up to 3 prepaid SIM cards.
4. The person who registers the SIM card at the collection point must be at least 18 years old
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Where can I collect my SIM card?

You can collect your SIM card at Changi Airport or in the city center at the address listed in "Pictures and Details" above.


The airport collection counter is closed, what should I do?

The counter staff may have taken a break. Please check if there are any signs stating when they will be back! Or go to one of our other counters in other terminals to collect your SIM card! If both counters at Changi Airport are closed, you can go to our city store in Bugis Junction to collect your SIM card. See the address of all our counters where you can collect SIM cards in "Details with pictures" above!


My SIM card doesn't work, what should I do?

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

1. Check that your SIM card is correctly installed in your phone. 2. Restart your phone. 3. Go to your mobile data network settings > Change the APN (Access Point Name) setting to shppd and restart your phone. For detailed instructions, please click here
