I booked this because I had a concert, but the concert was canceled; however, since I had already made the reservation, I decided to use the service anyway! It would have been so difficult to drag my suitcase to my accommodation during the typhoon, but finding the luggage pickup location at the airport was easy, and my suitcase actually arrived before I did. Since it rains frequently in Taiwan, I think it would be very convenient to use even on rainy days. I highly recommend it.

Booked the luggage service last min to deliver my luggage from one hotel to another. While I went to visit my relativea in another city, i don't want to bring so many lugagge with me. Process was fast and smooth. Easy to communicate and was happy to see my luggage already in my hotel room when I arrived. Good service to use when you don't want to carry the luggage around when visiting city to city.

It's great that you can buy and reserve seats on a specific train in advance. Once you arrive at the station, all you have to do is pick up your ticket at the ticket office.

The price is affordable. The Ctrip ticket collection point at Taipei Main Station is in the direction of the Airport MRT; other information points don't accept them. You must go directly to the Airport MRT (purple line). There's an open counter at the bottom of the stairs leading down to the station, not at the Airport MRT entrance! The counter is closed on weekends. For weekdays, be aware of opening hours. I arrived at the counter at 9:14 AM, and the staff had just started preparing to open; their service was also…not very good. The ticket itself is useful; if you plan to visit many places in a day, this ticket is worth considering!

I used this service for the following routes: Taipei-Tainan, Tainan-Chiayi, Chiayi-Tainan, and Tainan-Taipei. I was able to book online the first time, but after that I couldn't book online and had to book at the counter. Please be careful! I enjoyed the excitement of having stickers indicating my destinations attached to my ticket!
