If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

  • Lunch: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
  • Dinner: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Arrival Time for Special Packages: For guests with packages including attire, styling, or photoshoots, we highly recommend arriving 2 hours prior to your dining session to ensure a complete experience.

  • To ensure an enjoyable and immersive performance for all our guests, we kindly request that attendees be at least 6 years of age. The experience includes dynamic lighting and sound that may not be suitable for infants and young children.
  • Pets are not permitted within the restaurant.
