It is recommended to arrive 90mins before departure time but everything was so smooth I think arriving less than 1 hour before is still fine! There was no need to print out anything, I just showed my passport to the ticketing counter and got my boarding pass easily. They will write the Gate number on your boarding pass. Departure timing was punctual, seats were comfy and there was aircon too. A very pleasant 1hour journey all in all.

The service was fine, and the driver was great; it was just a firefly viewing experience at night. Dinner was okay, at a houseboat on the river; it would probably be better during the day.
