The team was fantastic from the very start. They contacted me a day before the tour begin and gave me an outline of the day schedule. Any queries i had was promptly addressed via WeChat. My driver was Mr Xiao Liang. He was very attentive and accommodating. We communicated via his translator app. He would turn on the car AC before letting me enter. He always making sure i was fully hydrated. He was knowledgeable, at each attraction site he would give me a brief background history. He helps me to get the entrance and clearly give me instructions on what to expect , making sure i fully understand before letting me go off to explore at each attraction sites. The pace of this tour was perfect, there was no rush. I was given plenty of time to do my own exploration. The highlight for me was the Xishan attraction. You get a panoramic views of the city and Diamchi lake. I would highly recommend this tour.

Everything was well planned and stress free. I would recommend the driver/guide (Lilan) to others who need a driver/guide. She has a warm personality and her car Hongqi Tian Gong was spacious and very comfortable.
