The guide, James, was very attentive and made sure everyone understood him and was engaged in the tour. He explained everything about the mountains and the route, and recommended good places to eat. We were a little unlucky with the weather, but the views were beautiful, especially from the lift and the chairlift. Unforgettable.

Super helpful and kind guide. The day before departure, she let us know that there would be a large number of people on the day of the tour. She recommended purchasing a VIP pass, which proved essential for skipping most of the transportation lines. We truly can't thank her enough.

I booked during the national week so it was extremely busy and didn’t know how to get the tickets for every little thing to best enjoy the trip so I wanted a tour where I could do all the popular activities while already having all my tickets booked and this tour did not disappoint. It was convenient..from the pickups to drop offs, the queueing process and ticketing..was all taken care of and my tour guide, Magnolia took some fantastic pictures. It was also my birthday during this time and my guide arranged a gift and cake during the tour. It was really memorable and a very warming experience! Definitely recommend

Our day in Zhangjiajie with Emily was the highlight of our entire trip to China, and that is entirely because of her. Emily's knowledge of the park is remarkable. She knew every trail, every viewpoint, and the stories behind the towering sandstone pillars, and she shared it all in a way that made the mountains come alive. She timed our route perfectly so we avoided the biggest crowds and caught the views at their best. You can tell she genuinely loves this place, and that passion is contagious. But what set Emily apart was her heart. She watched over every single one of us with such warmth and patience. She was especially caring toward Mustafa and Taher, checking in on them constantly, adjusting the pace so they were always comfortable, and making sure they never felt left behind for a moment. Her kindness toward them was so genuine and loving that it moved all of us. She treated our group not like tourists, but like family.

I'd like to thank the guide Smarty for a wonderful tour; we learned so many interesting facts about the park and its locations. She conducted the tour perfectly and did everything possible to ensure we had no problems or questions, so we could enjoy the nature, beauty of the park, and its famous views. Thanks to the organizing company – the service and organization were top-notch – extremely comfortable, the transfer was excellent, everything was included in the park, and lines moved quickly everywhere. We are very happy with our choice of company. We're going on another tour with them tomorrow.
