The prepayment process was smooth. However, while Trip.com's instructions stated that a QR code would be provided during the booking process, I was only assigned a booking number. The QR code was actually printed on the receipt issued when I checked in my luggage at the destination. I only found this out after contacting Trip.com myself, so I hope they will update the accuracy of their instructions during the booking process in the future.

After purchasing, you'll need to wait 3-5 minutes for the verification email from ThaiGo Thailand to arrive in your inbox. Then, copy the verification code to the ThaiGo app to use it. Overall, it's quite convenient. However, there are several ferry companies operating on the Chao Phraya River, so you need to follow the instructions of the pier staff to wait at the designated location.

The driver was generally accommodating to our needs, but before departure, he suddenly asked us to hire a tour guide. After searching online, I found out that it wasn't a mandatory requirement, so I put aside my unnecessary worries. The driver was wearing a mask when we first got on the bus, which I thought showed good hygiene, but he took it off halfway through the trip and coughed occasionally. Two days later, both of us contracted influenza A. Of course, I was filled with suspicion and hoped that the driver would take better care of himself if he had any health issues.

I used this service twice during my 5-day trip. It was incredibly convenient. I used it for airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-hotel transfers. After arriving in Bangkok, I wanted to go directly to the concert venue, so I left my luggage at the airport and had it delivered to my hotel. When I returned to the hotel after the concert, my luggage was there at the reception. Later, when moving to another hotel, I used the service for hotel-to-hotel transfers. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel reception and go out to explore, which allowed me to use my time effectively. You need to provide detailed hotel reservation information via LINE, but they were very helpful even with my limited English. I would definitely use this service again next time.

It was a beautiful boat trip. There was a buffet with plenty of choice. Due to the rainy season, we unfortunately couldn't eat on the upper deck, but we could eat on the lower deck, and there was entertainment. A band made it quite enjoyable.

Excellent service. We had a connecting flight with baggage claim on another international flight. We were worried about not fitting in the four hours between arrival and departure. We were met with a sign and quickly escorted to passport control. We cleared passport control in five minutes. At the exit, a girl was already waiting for us with our luggage. She escorted us to the check-in counter for our next flight. Everything was quick and efficient. I definitely recommend this service.
