Of all the places we booked online, this was the most worthwhile. There was no pressure to buy anything or push sales, and they weren't grumpy even if you didn't buy anything. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. A bag of bananas cost 100 NTD to feed the elephants, which was more expensive than elsewhere, but it was a worthwhile experience. A large photo with three angles cost 400 NTD, and the photos were very good – much cheaper than at many tourist attractions. We bought some; you can assess whether you need them.

This is a very convenient and flexible itinerary. Once you arrive at the zoo, you don't need to get off to buy tickets, and the driver will communicate the return time without rushing you. 👍 I recommend renting a golf cart at the zoo; the fee is 550 baht for two hours including insurance. However, please note that there are many monkeys in the park, so please take good care of your food and belongings.

I bought tickets for my adult daughter and her friend; my son and I went on this tour last year. Everyone was very pleased; it was a fantastic experience interacting with elephants. I highly recommend it.

The service was excellent! A car picked us up promptly at 10:00 a.m. and took us back after the elephant ride. But at the elephant spot, they offered a bag of bananas for the elephants for 100 baht, and wristbands for 500 to 1,500 baht. A photo of us riding the elephants was 600 baht. Bottle-feeding the baby goats was 20 baht. Photos with bunnies, snakes, parrots, and other creatures were another 600 baht each.
