The ferry journey was very smooth. The boat is wide and large, ensuring stability and safety even in the face of huge waves. There weren't many people on board. Free watermelon and butter biscuits were provided. See the picture below for the view from the boat windows. There was also a counter for issuing boarding passes. Date: 2026/7/1.★

The hotel's beach is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean. I booked a front-row room with a sea view! Free shuttle service to and from the pier is provided upon check-in and check-out. After disembarking at Tonsai, just look for hotel staff; someone will meet you. The boat departs every hour on the hour for check-out. Breakfast is decent. There are even kittens in the hotel.★

The ferry was a great experience overall. It was fast, clean, and arrived and departed on time, which made the journey very convenient. The seats were comfortable, and the ride was smooth, so I didn’t feel tired or uncomfortable during the trip. The ferry was also well-maintained and the staff were helpful. We booked our tickets on Trip.com. We arrived at the appointed time, went to counter 12, and were quickly checked in. The ferry departed on time for Phi Phi Island. Booking was easy, everything was clear, and tickets were emailed immediately. The ferry has a minibar with paid drinks and snacks. I highly recommend it!★

Trip is always a lifesaver. I was wondering how to get to the pier, but they picked me up right from my hotel. 🤗 I love Trip and recommend it to everyone. The trip itself went smoothly, and we transferred from ferry to ferry without any fuss. They had everything sorted out; during the flight, a representative asked everyone where to go to which hotel upon arrival. I didn't need to, so I can't say how much it would cost. It's a shame the app doesn't let me buy a return ticket. 😟
