There is a security guard. It feels very safe. It is all around to eat and drink. The location in the city center is very high. You can watch the sunset and come back to live here.

Old House was converted into a cool new small hotel, but there are a few very unintimate shortcomings. The first is that there is no elevator. If you are carrying a luggage on the third floor, it is very inconvenient. The second room and bathroom are super small and there is no mobile space. There is even no place to put your wallet key mobile phone. The room only has a small bedside table. Very inhumane. Even if you book two shelves on the wall, it is easy? Third, a little distance from the main scenic spots in the city

It was a bit outskirts of Chile, but not far from the center. It was a beautiful place with all the views. There were a lot of flies in one kitchen, but they brought me the medicines to spray and communicated well.

There is also a laundry room upstairs, which is also very convenient. You need to pay by coin or scan code. There is a small supermarket, convenience store, breakfast restaurant, and Red Hat Pizza downstairs. In short, it is very convenient. The only thing to point out is that the front desk is very difficult to find. It is in the room at the end of the corridor on the right side of the elevator on the 2nd floor. Note that the door of the room is still closed. We went up and down several times and finally asked the concierge to take us up.

Great spot around the corner from Metro Universidad Católica. Plenty of places to eat, drink and be merry in close by too. Staff friendly and keen to share tips and recommendations. All in all, a great place to stay in Santiago!
