"An absolutely perfect stay that exceeded my expectations – I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again next time!
I just finished my weekend stay here and I simply *must* write a glowing review. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I experienced meticulous service – the staff were friendly and smiling, check-in was quick, and they proactively introduced me to the hotel facilities and local dining options.
My deluxe king room was even more spacious and comfortable than I imagined. The room design was simple yet elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive city views, especially beautiful and calming with all the lights at night. The mattress and pillows had just the right firmness, ensuring several nights of deep sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the toiletries had a delicate botanical scent, and the hot water supply was plentiful and stable, making for a great shower experience.
Attention to detail truly shined through: daily replenished minibar drinks, bedside USB charging ports, and a smart curtain control system all made the stay incredibly convenient. The turndown service was particularly commendable; not only did the staff tidy the room, but they also thoughtfully left a weather forecast card and a small 'goodnight' snack.
The breakfast selection was extensive, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly cooked noodle station and freshly baked bread were my motivation to get up every morning. The hotel also has a gym and a sky garden on the top floor; an evening stroll there to watch the sunset was peaceful and delightful.
At check-out, the front desk staff proactively asked for my feedback on the stay and assisted with luggage storage until the evening – the service was consistently thoughtful throughout. This wasn't just a stay; it felt more like a relaxing mini-vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone, whether for business or leisure; it's excellent value for money. Full marks!"

AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic, right at the subway entrance. When it's -20 to -30 degrees Celsius outside, saving a few hundred meters of walking really is a lifesaver. The hostel also provides free earplugs, and there are a lot of international guests, so you hear all sorts of languages. As an introverted person with social anxiety, I wasn't able to initiate conversations. There's a fridge and microwave on the first floor, so you can store your own food and heat it up whenever you want. All in all, it's pretty good!

AAnonymous UserThis is the best Hostel that I have ever stayed in. The location is right on central street (the street that is in all the stuff to do lists on Harbin). It is also only 10 minutes walking distance from the Saint Sophia's church. There is also this mall 1 minute walking distance from the front door called Euro Plaza a 7 story shopping mall with all the food and shopping you would need or want. Apart from its rooms, the hotel offers a common area and free washer dryers for its guests both of which are very clean. It also has refrigerators in the common area that it sells drinks out of, I even saw people store their food inside the right most refrigerators because there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Overall I would definitely stay here if I come back to Harbin.

IIvyyoongThe room is a bit small but is very clean. The location is very good, near to subways & attractions place like Zhongyang Street, Morning Market, Songhua River and St. Sophia Cathedral 😉
Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They invited us and all the guests to celebrate New Year Eve together. We went to Songhua River together to watch fireworks 🎇
We will stay here again if we visit Harbin 😉

GGuest User*5/5 Stars: A Warm Oasis in a Chilly City*
As a foreigner traveling from afar, I was a bit apprehensive about navigating a new city in the midst of a cold snap (-10°C!). But from the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warmth and welcome dispelled all my concerns.
The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable, new bedsheets and a spotless washroom. The heating system was a blessing in the freezing temperatures, and we slept soundly each night.
What sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff's genuine warmth, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make it a true gem in this chilly city. If you're a traveler seeking a haven of hospitality, look no further.
*Highly Recommended*

NNicholas JiangI was extremely satisfied; this was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It was my first time staying in a hostel in northern China, and the main reason I slept so well was because it cured my sleep problems 💤… Considering the incredibly low price, I felt obligated to give it a good review. The best part was meeting three different roommates who were all very nice and shared their travel experiences… This was a pleasant surprise. The only regret was not being able to participate in any activities! The fact that there were fewer people these past few days (off-season) was also an advantage. The barbecue place recommended by Brother Nie was delicious, but I ordered too much for one person. Be careful when ordering food in Northeast China—the portions are huge!!! Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely stay in a hostel nearby; it's about a 20-minute walk.

GGuest UserThis was my first solo trip, and my first time staying in a hostel, and the experience was truly fantastic! Even though I only stayed one night, I had an incredibly, incredibly happy, warm, and cozy stay. The environment was great, it really felt like home. They have a female-only section, and my roommates were super nice. It was a very comfortable stay, and excellent value for money! I absolutely loved this place and have already recommended it to my friends. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin!
