Very convenient, the pre arrival information for guest is accurate, making it’s really easy from self check in to check out. Room is big and clean but voice of passing motorbikes and cars can be annoying some times, even ear plugs are provided. The parking space is quiet limit, and for underground level, entrance and turns are very narrow, required full attention and may not suitable for van or big suv. Many restaurants near by, few open late at night.

The apartment hotel is very clean. There's a noticeable white pathway at the apartment entrance, but the navigation location is incorrect. Make sure to look for the entrance at the main intersection. The front desk handles check-ins, and the rooftop pool and gym are also very good and functional. The apartment hotel management and facilities here in Malaysia are generally quite good.

Sunway Onsen in Tambun is a serviced apartment / staycation place beside Lost World of Tambun. Many visitors stay here because it has private hot spring pools and family-size suites.

Huge thanks to the host for being so accommodating and resolving the deposit issue for us. The swimming pool was fantastic, I really enjoyed it. There was just one downside: in one of the rooms, there was what sounded like a water collector or something similar? It would suddenly make a booming noise, making it impossible to sleep. Luckily, there were three rooms in total with plenty of beds.

It was our favorite destination hotel. Our third visit and longest stay this time. But unfortunately, no more hot Onsen water....😭 Facility is good. The view is amazing. But what made us return to this place was because of Onsen. Onsen water should be hot. It was just like a heated pool this time. I don't know whatever the reason is. If they can't keep Onsen hot, that's not Onsen anymore. It's so disappointing 😞 残念😭

We were upgraded to a three-room room for free. The room was large and new. The bedding was very comfortable. There were no disadvantages except that the construction site was a bit noisy in the morning.

The homestay is very spacious and clean, making our stay comfortable. An extra bed was provided, which was very convenient, and having a washing machine was a big plus. The condominium itself is nice and well maintained. Customer support was fast and responsive, and everything was well arranged from pre-stay instructions until checkout. A deposit is required to be prepaid, which was handled smoothly. The only downside was that slippers were not provided in the house. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this place.

The homestay was spotless, and its simple concept really suited my family and me. The toilet was incredibly clean. The swimming pool offered stunning mountain views. It's conveniently located near Nasi Kandar Pelita and not far from the hospital. I'll probably stay here again for future holidays. This homestay is superb!
