I've used them a lot. Always been fine. The bad reviews I've read are generally when people want to change or alter their bookings. So just be 110% sure of the time, date, location and name on ticket before booking.

Used these guys for almost 20 trips so far with no problems - both flights and hotels. Most of the bad reviews seem to be about people trying to cancel to bookings marked as un-cancellable, so I'm not sure if it's worth paying too much attention to them.
