Our stay at Xihai Hotel was definitely the highlight of our Huangshan trip, earning a well-deserved five-star rating! The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to the West Sea Grand Canyon and Danxia Peak, making it the perfect choice for sightseeing. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; they not only helped us plan our itinerary but also thoughtfully provided down jackets and flashlights for watching the sunrise. The evening intangible cultural heritage folk performance was a wonderful surprise, creating an amazing atmosphere. The room facilities were also excellent – clean, tidy, and with a super practical clothes drying rack, which was a lifesaver after hiking. A hot shower instantly washed away all the fatigue. I will definitely highly recommend this place to all my friends and family visiting Huangshan in the future!

This place is incredibly close to both the Huangshan South Transfer Center and the Zhaixi Transfer Center, just a 200-meter walk. We arrived on a rainy day, and the owner kindly came to pick us up. They even provided raincoats and hiking poles for our Huangshan climb. We booked a duplex room, and aside from the skylight curtain not closing, everything else was perfect. The owner's hand-drawn maps for the up and down mountain routes were super helpful. We left at 6:30 AM, reached the cable car by 7:00 AM, and our entire route was incredibly smooth.

This was my first time staying at a hotel on a mountain. The overall decor is quite new, but the room was very small, and most of the windows faced the corridor. Since it was the May Day holiday, there were a lot of guests, so the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear kids running around in the room near the stairwell. However, the hotel staff's service attitude was excellent. They responded proactively when I asked to change rooms and even showed me a double room in the cabin area. In the end, they helped me switch to a room at the end of the corridor, and I had a good night's sleep. All the hotel staff were very enthusiastic; there were always people on each floor to help with questions and even plan itineraries. In the evening, there were face-changing and shadow puppet performances, which the kids really enjoyed. I had one stir-fry meal at the hotel, and it tasted better than I expected. I understand that construction on a mountain is difficult, but it would be even better if they could improve the soundproofing.

Finally struck gold! This hotel is absolutely amazing. The room was so clean it shined, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle, and the breakfast spread had so many options I didn't know what to choose. The location is also convenient, right next to a shopping district. I'll definitely stay here again next time! This hotel is a godsend for business trips! The soundproofing is incredible; it was so quiet at night I fell asleep instantly. The toilet and screen mirroring were huge bonuses. The freshly ground coffee and pastries for breakfast were a thoughtful touch, and check-out was super fast, making the service incredibly efficient. Definitely five stars! This is my top choice! The room decor is so cute, I was jumping with joy the moment I walked in. The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up, and the playground downstairs was super convenient. They even have a special children's dining area for breakfast. The value for money is just fantastic! Scenic view lovers, rejoice! The room's floor-to-ceiling window directly faces the lake. Waking up to the morning mist around the lake was breathtaking. The bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up, and the staff were always available when called. Even parking is free. It was such a comfortable stay, I've already recommended it to everyone I know! It truly lives up to its reputation! The view outside is expansive, and you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The service staff are always available and responsive to every request. The freshly made noodles for breakfast were delicious and so heartwarming!

Our family's stay at the InterContinental Hefei with our child was absolutely fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Guan. She proactively reached out before our arrival to understand our needs and even decorated the room with a lovely kids' setup. The little tent made the whole room feel cozy and playful, and our child was over the moon the moment we walked in – talk about attention to detail! The hotel's service was consistently excellent, with all staff members being warm and attentive. The Executive Lounge offered a great variety of food and boasted amazing views. Our lake-view room had a wonderful, expansive vista, making for a truly comfortable stay. Traveling with a child, choosing this hotel made everything so much easier. It's definitely our top choice for our next visit to Hefei! Plus, when we inquired about the AC on check-out, they even gave us a small gift, which was a lovely touch. The overall service at the hotel is truly excellent! 👍👍

This is my favorite place to stay! It's super close to the pedestrian street, which is great for evening night market strolls, and during the day, you can pop over to Xiaoyaojin for some shopping. Eating out is a breeze too, as it's in a bustling area. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfy, and all the toiletries were provided in individual packaging – really good hygiene, perfect for someone like me who's a bit of a clean freak. The soundproofing was decent, the decor was lovely, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Definitely great value for money!

Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes. Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff! Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!

I booked this room by chance, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! I arrived at Huangshan North Station around 3 PM and was debating whether to stay at the foot of the mountain or on it. I called the front desk, and they patiently guided me. Their sincerity convinced me to stay on the mountain. I checked in a few days before the May Day holiday, so there weren't too many people. The hotel facilities were quite good, especially considering its mountain location – excellent value for money! After checking in, Dreamland of the Brush and Monkey Gazing at the Sea were right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. At 8:30 PM, the hotel staff even put on a performance of Huizhou lion dances, fish lanterns, and dragon dances for us, making guests feel right at home. The butler also thoughtfully informed us about the weather conditions and dining tips. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, and it rained the next day, so my wish to see the sunrise couldn't be fulfilled. A small regret to save for my next visit!

This hotel was a very comfortable stay. The location is easy to find and very convenient for getting around. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service attitude was excellent. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very soundly at night. The bathroom was clean, there was plenty of hot water, and all the toiletries were provided. Breakfast was also good, with enough to eat well. Overall, it was a great experience.

The room is fully equipped, even with a mini-fridge, and it's very clean. The in-room facilities are all smart, with plenty of lighting, and the shower is a big plus with multiple nozzles – it's so convenient, just like being at home! Disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers are also provided, which is great. But the most important thing is the hotel's service, which is truly excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Huangshan. They offer pick-up and drop-off to the transfer center, which is a huge convenience. Plus, the hotel provides hiking poles, and on the day we went hiking, there was a light rain, so they even gave us raincoats and a map – so thoughtful! It's also very close to dining options, making everything super convenient and quiet. Highly recommended. If you're heading out early for a hike, you can even store your luggage here.
