The service was excellent! Every staff member was so warm and polite. They even offered a complimentary shuttle service to Changpinggou Service Center. The room's cleanliness and facilities were also great. Since it was off-season and not too busy, the front desk even upgraded our room for free. The guesthouse's own small kitchen served delicious food too. After a long day, we enjoyed some stir-fried dishes right there, and their special blended drinks were really good!

Returning from an overseas business trip, I booked a by-the-hour room. My flight landed in China at 5 AM, and check-in was supposed to be at 8 AM. The hotel offered a free airport pickup, and we arrived around 6 AM. The front desk lady saw it was a bit chilly that morning and allowed us to check in early. She also extended our check-out by an hour, and we got complimentary breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. What's more, it even had an electric blanket, which was a lifesaver for someone like me who's always cold! I've stayed in many hotels, but this was truly an amazing experience. A fantastic hotel, highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is very good. The surrounding area is also very good. The environment is clean and the rooms are clean and tidy. We had a good stay. Kaimi's service at the front desk was warm and courteous. They were all arranged on high floors with good views. Highly recommended.

Great location if you plan to shop in Chengdu. Walking distance to a bunch of malls and shops. From bargains to high-end goods you’re bound to get your shopping fill. The same with cafes and restaurants. You won’t run out of options. The hotel is good. Spacious rooms and big bathroom. The AC in my room was noisy though. The outdoor western restaurant was closed during my stay. Missed out on trying that one. Overall a great stay. Highly recommended.

Average is good, but when i check in 8 March the front desk staff was serving me good, and said can help wash and dry our cloths, the next day morning only collect, was very good service from this staff. But, when 10 March night we did request for wash and dry cloths, and then she told us to wash ourself and collect ourself! LOLZ so which one is the correct service? If no then dont say this kind of service when start. Suddenly so disappointed for this girl staff. After that we wash and dry ourself and then another staff we try ask again, and she say can help us again, LOLZ pls check whos the staff that tell us when 10 March night was so bad attitude and rude! 总体来说还不错，但3月8日入住时，前台工作人员服务态度很好，说可以帮我们洗烘衣服，第二天早上就来取，服务真的很好。但是，3月10日晚上我们再次提出洗烘衣服的要求时，她却让我们自己洗自己取！哈哈，这到底哪个才是正确的服务？如果不是，就不要一开始就提供这种服务。我对这位女员工非常失望。之后我们自己洗烘了衣服，然后又找了另一位工作人员再次询问，她又说可以帮忙，哈哈，请查一下3月10日晚上态度这么差劲无礼的是谁！

Very cozy hotel with helpful and passionate staff! It’s one station away from Chunxi Road but the walkway is very smooth. We walked there with luggage in early morning from airport bus and we didn’t feel tired at all. The location is amazing that you do get a benefit of quiet stay. Also many good and nice restaurants around hotel. We even went for a clinic next to hotel for the treatment of knee! After experiencing many hotels (Hanting/holiday inn/bloom) in Chengdu region I do recommend this place to whoever is planning to visit!

The Le Méridien Emeishan Resort was an amazing experience! Its convenient location near the scenic area and high-speed rail station, coupled with its serene, greenery-filled environment, made for a perfect stay. Our room was spacious and clean with a stunning lake view, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The heated pool and kids' club are excellent amenities, making it very family-friendly. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the service was warm and attentive. It's definitely our top choice for visiting Emei Mountain, offering great value for money. Heartfelt Review: We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Le Méridien Emeishan during our trip to Emei Mountain. The hotel boasts an impressive design, with a grand spiral staircase in the lobby that's perfect for photos, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of the lake and mountains, creating an incredible atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable bathrooms and good soundproofing. Strolling through the grounds is very pleasant, and both the swimming pool and hot tubs are ideal for relaxation. There's even a dedicated play area for kids. Dining options are plentiful and delicious, and the staff are polite and considerate, making check-in efficient. Parking is convenient for those driving, and getting to the scenic area is very easy. Overall, it's a quiet and comfortable retreat, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended.

I traveled to Bipenggou alone with my three-year-old for spring break and booked the Mushan Hotel. Even before I got out of the car, a lovely lady came over to greet us and helped us with our luggage into the hotel. My little one was fumbling with shoes and clothes, making quite a fuss, but the staff member was incredibly patient. When I checked in, they saw I had a child and upgraded us to a family room, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel has a distinct style, and the pictures accurately reflect the actual rooms. Each room even has a dedicated service chat group, so you can communicate any issues directly. The complimentary Tibetan-style photos turned out beautifully. Since it was windy on the mountain, we had dinner at the hotel to avoid taking my child out. I ordered a mushroom hot pot; it looked like just a soup base, but it had plenty of mushrooms and tasted great. The room had a spacious bathtub/soaking tub, and the hotel also has an outdoor hot tub (it's not very big, and the water wasn't super hot, mainly because of the strong winds on the mountain; it's probably best for a soak during the day, as it might get a bit cold at night). Nevertheless, my little one was thrilled and had three baths that day! The welcome fruit was presented in a gift box, and while the mini-bar drinks weren't top brands, they were all complimentary. I found the breakfast quite substantial, with both Chinese and Western options. You can eat your fill before heading out to hike in the scenic area. All the hotel staff were very polite and friendly, and they paid great attention to details. For instance, the smart lighting control for the entire room: a single button turn-off really turned off every light! (Maybe I'm easily impressed, but in many hotels I've stayed in before, you'd turn off the main light, and then have to figure out how to switch off all sorts of other odd lights. This one-touch turn-off really moved me.) I would definitely book this hotel again if I return.

Apologies, I promised the owner I'd leave a review sooner, but I completely forgot once I returned to Chengdu. The hotel is nestled deep within the Bifengxia scenic area, a high-end guesthouse that beautifully blends old structures with newly built sections. We stayed in the 'Fuyao Zhi' room (pictured in the second image), which I believe is part of the newer section and incredibly stylish. The large windows offer stunning views of distant mountains and another traditional residence. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including various indoor activities (like calligraphy copying and tea ceremonies) and an outdoor forest activity space surrounded by tea gardens (featuring treehouses, trampolines, etc.). The front area also offers outdoor activities such as bonfires, barbecues, and karaoke. All the staff, especially the guy at the front desk in the burgundy sweater, were incredibly enthusiastic. The housekeeping was also meticulously done. The young man with glasses who handled our transfers to and from the Bifengxia scenic area was incredibly punctual. It's clear that both the staff and the owner put a tremendous amount of effort and passion into their guests and the guesthouse, which was the most impressive aspect for me. While the overall price point is on the higher side for Bifengxia, the experience was absolutely outstanding. I can honestly say that this stay elevated the joy and comfort of our entire Bifengxia trip.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and all requests were promptly handled. The hygiene details were impeccable, and the environment was quiet and elegant. It offers great value for money, and the overall stay was very pleasant. However, it's located inside a scenic area, which makes the location a bit out of the way and transportation somewhat inconvenient. It felt like the hotel didn't have enough drivers, and sometimes even the scenic area's shuttle buses wouldn't stop. I hope this can be improved in the future.
