Thanks to Trip.com staff for coordinating the check-in time and adjusting the quiet room in time. The front desk staff of the hotel has a young lady's professionalism and is better to find the staff to connect to Wi-Fi in time.
It's a decent hotel with a lot of details that aren't quite right. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are excellent. The maid didn't empty the trash cans during our two-night stay, nor was the shampoo ever refilled in the dispenser in the shower. There are no carpets or rugs in the room so you're constantly walking on luxury vinyl plank flooring with wet feet. After you get out of the shower. There are no Kleenex boxes or dispensers in the room, and the TV programming was difficult to decipher, especially the secondary audio program in order to listen to the TV in English rather than Spanish. Also, the closed captioning never worked on the TV
I stayed at Delta Hotel by Marriott during my trip to Costa Rica, and it was such a great experience! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and super comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.
My room was cozy, and had a really comfortable bed — I slept well. The amenities were excellent too — loved the pool area, gym, and especially the breakfast buffet with plenty of delicious local and international options.
The location was also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive from the airport. It made exploring the area really easy.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the The Radisson San Jose hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The dinners that I had at the hotel were memorable. The front desk and dining staff were exceptional. I highly recommend the Radisson San Jose hotel.
The location is good, breakfast is average, the surrounding transportation is convenient, it is far from the airport, the lobby is large, it is close to the entertainment city, there are convenient restaurants nearby, there is a large supermarket, shopping is very convenient.
There are two buildings facing the street in the north and south. The ones in the north are mainly bed rooms and are close to the railway tracks. They are relatively noisy, but the rooms, bathrooms and public spaces are relatively spacious and tall. Coffee is available all day long, and you can also use the kitchen of the partner hostel next door. The room lacks tables, chairs and clothes hangers.
The location is good, within walking distance to city center attractions, supermarkets and a mall.
Hôtel bien placé pour aller ce balader dans l’avenue centrale, proche de tout à pied, un parking payant est proche dans la rue derrière pour votre voiture afin d’être tranquille pour 1000 crc par heure.
The hotel is strategically located, a few steps out to the intersection, opposite the National Museum
Within a 10-minute walk from the National Theatre and the commercial streets of downtown San Jose, Costa Rica, Central Park and other landmarks
The hotel lobby is very stylish. The front desk service is warm and friendly. The restaurant breakfast is simple but there is coffee, egg, bread and fruit enough!
The room is clean, comfortable and safe!
A great stay experience

GGuest UserFantastic hotel, looks different. It is traditional design with beautiful drawings. Good wine in the bar.
XXinxiangAMYYUThe location is great, the main attractions and Chinatown are all within the walking area, it is very suitable to choose a city check-in for a day trip. The Gold Museum downstairs needs to be booked in advance.

SSERGEI VIKTOROVICH1. The hotel has excellent location - a quiet cozy area, a lot of cozy cafes and bars near the pharmacy and supermarket
2. Very pleasant and friendly staff
3. Parker Services
4. Hotel rooms start from 20 floors-looking from all sides on San Jose excellent
5. Clean standard room with good bed and quality clothes
MM250002****In fact, there is no 5-star standard. The appearance of the hotel and the room is good, but it is too old and the room has a smell. The breakfast is not bad, there are many choices, the swimming pool is very beautiful, the garden also has a tropical style, and the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant. It is very convenient to go to the city center by taxi. The customer service can help you call a taxi, and the price can be negotiated. Generally, it costs more than 10 dollars to go to the city center. The hotel has a free airport shuttle, but you need to make an appointment in advance. If there are many people, it is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel shuttle bus runs every hour.
GGuest UserОтличный отель, чистый. Вкусный завтрак и вежливый персонал. При выезде из отеля попросили распечатать документы и вызвать нам такси до аэропорта- нам во всем помогли. Мы очень довольны♥️♥️♥️
LLady Kwenadi🌟 5-Star Review for Hostel Casa Colón, San José
I had a fantastic stay at Hostel Casa Colón — it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you’re heading to or from the airport or bus terminals. The staff were welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips. My room was clean, secure, and surprisingly quiet despite being in the city. The common areas are stylish and spacious, with a cozy on-site restaurant that serves excellent breakfast and coffee. It truly felt more like a boutique guesthouse than a typical hostel. Highly recommend for solo travelers, couples, or anyone looking for comfort and value in San José.

GGuest UserIt is a truly special place. But it is not a 5 star as claimed, its just a 4 star and just for minor things that cheapen the experience. One thing that irked me is that they have a coffee machine in the room but one has to go downstairs and buy pods for $1.50 each. This is cheap, small TV, channel guide is not accurate or changed. Having a price list for said breakfast items as simple as oatmeal is also ludicrous and takes away from what should be exceptional for 5 stars
the ambiance is wonderful as you feel as if you are staying in an art museum. Will stay again but do not expect a 5 star hotel. exceptional for
