JjuliaxiongTen minutes from the airport with great seaside views. The room has an industrial style, clean and practical, and breakfast is filling. It's not bad for a business trip. The only downside is the poor soundproofing, which is a common issue in European hotels.

There is no parking lot in the hotel, so you need to park in a nearby public parking lot. The hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk, so you cannot check in too late.

KKoyeeThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Palm Avenue, Mushroom Street, and the Castle Elevator are all within walking distance. The room has two bathrooms, both with showers. The room faces east, offering direct views of the sunrise with the beach, sea, and sky right outside the window. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants just across the street – so convenient!

GGuest UserThe hotel's dinner buffet was plentiful. There's free parking outside the hotel, and the pool has a kids' play area, so it seems very family-friendly. However, with so many children, it wasn't really suitable for us; it was too noisy.

GGuest UserReasonably easy to find(arrived pm from rail station), welcome on arrival as expected for a 1 night stay pleasant, room clean plenty of towels, walk to Centre along front very pleasant (unfortunately it rained heavily caught taxi easily in city pleasant driver) therefore we couldn't explore the town more. Bed comfy breakfast satisfactory, plenty of choice. Airport bus stop outside of hotel. Ideal place for a stay in Alicante

GGuest UserThe only negative aspect was the elevators. It was almost impossible to get from the second floor to the breakfast area with a stroller because there were only two elevators, and since the hotel had around 10–15 floors, they were always full when going down. Therefore, we had to carry the stroller down the stairs to reach the breakfast area. Apart from that, all the facilities were great. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service.
Lo único negativo fueron los ascensores. Era prácticamente imposible bajar desde la segunda planta hasta la zona de desayuno con el cochecito del bebé, ya que solo había dos ascensores y el hotel tenía unas 10–15 plantas, por lo que siempre bajaban llenos. Por ese motivo, tuvimos que bajar el cochecito por las escaleras para poder llegar a la zona de desayuno. Por lo demás, todas las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su excelente atención y servicio.
Tek olumsuz nokta asansörlerdi. İkinci kattan bebek arabasıyla kahvaltı alanına inmek neredeyse imkânsızdı. Otelde yalnızca iki asansör vardı ve otel yaklaşık 10–15 katlı olduğu için asansörler aşağı inerken sürekli dolu oluyordu. Bu nedenle kahvaltı alanına ancak puseti merdivenlerden taşıyarak ulaşabildik. Bunun dışında tüm olanaklar güzeldi. Çalışan personelin sunduğu güzel hizmet için çok teşekkür ederiz.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel for the price, and they recently renovated so we noticed the difference from when we visited in early 2024. I especially like the breakfast, great selection and very tasty. My only complaint would be the lack of cotton buds in the amenities, but that’s not a big deal.

EEnnyYDThe location is superb, within a few minutes' walk to the train station. Eateries are around as soon as you step outside. There's a convenient shop nearby, too (the bakery section is handy if you're not staying with breakfast at the hotel). You could also walk to Jardin de Turia and historical places within that boundary.
The reception areas are clean and prettily decorated. Staff are super friendly, and breakfast is of a good range with egg and pancake stations. There's also free tea and coffee throughout your stay in the reception area.
The room was enough for two of us with side tables and charging points. There's also a safe for your passport/notebook. The bathroom was clean with a good shower, hairdryer, and hooks for clothes and towels. The table might be on the small size as a work desk, but you could work in the reception area or the rooftop. No towel rail. We had a room with a window looking out to the next building with no traffic underneath, so there was no noise from there. Occasionally, we hear the doors from other rooms. The corridors are a little narrow.
The rooftop with dipping pools is a nice hangout place after a day's walk. There's a locker service in their basement for your luggage at very reasonable prices.

GGuest UserGood priced , clean place , nicely located. Very accommodating. Only issue we encountered is the canteen staff did not speak English and with our full board chosen as an extra it was buffet at times and ordering from the menu and times, so with the language barrier it just made things abit difficult.
If it had a buffet for all breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place would be perfect for a get away and stay. Even though the staff were polite and friendly.
