The hotel in the golf course is so affordable and good value for money. The room is like a nursing home room remodeled, with many elderly safety facilities. The building is very new.

The air conditioning wasn’t working I went and spoke to someone and they brought up fans which was fine then around 3 am air conditioning unit kicked in blowing warm air out and very loud so woke me up the next morning I put a complaint in and the lady was very helpful and apologetic she said she would look in to it a week later I got an email apologising saying I could have a refund that was 6 weeks ago and I’m still waiting

The hotel is close to the town centre and the high street, which is very convenient. Parking is available, but it costs £20 for 24 hours. Guests can get a 50% discount on parking when staying at the hotel. The breakfast is basic, and the amenities are limited. Overall, it is fine for a one-night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed only for two nights. I guess the hotel is very old and the floor is very uneven. Whole room is slanted to one side. Kind of weird but ok. We tried the hotel restaurant and the food was very nice. Parking is also quite secured.

Bed was alright, shower was good. Room was clean, and had a microwave.

We had an excellent and relaxing stay at Belton Woods Hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food especially the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. During our stay we used the pool and spa facilities which were all very clean, the pool was nice and warm and large enough for doing few lengths without getting in to anyone's way.

Ideal location as 10 minutes walk (15 if slow walker) from railway station. Newsagents next door to buy milk and snacks. Room was good size and the bed was very comfortable, I slept right through from 10pm to 7am which is very unusual for me. Only slight niggle was the lack of choice at breakfast, I think next time I will have breakfast at the close by Wetherspoon pub instead.

The hotel is an old English-style hotel. The room and bathroom are large. The bathroom faucet is difficult to control. After the electric kettle is opened, it is not dare to use it. It is necessary to pick up the luggage and make a sound on the wooden building. There are big supermarkets and places to buy food nearby. Convenience

If I'm honest this hotel was not great value for money. The room was small, not very clean, bed was uncomfortable and smelt musty (I know they make a big thing about being a hotel/inn since 1203 - but I don't want the smell from that era as well). I have stayed here previously and it was much better (or at least the room I was in was better). So I will not being staying here in the future
