The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

The hotel is lovely all around but there was no functioning AC. There is a display where you can push buttons but neither the fan controls nor the AC controls do anything. After hours of leaving it on a low temp it was still 24.5 degrees. This trumps the fantastic rooftop views and the cozy decor because it means you can't sleep. I only stayed one night but unless they could guarantee that the AC is not just for show I would not return

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus terminal. The old town is nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing, and there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so you won't have any trouble shopping.

Magnicico albergo in posizione panoramica. Tra i più belli 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornoato. Merita da solo un viaggio apposta a Gran Canaria. Pulitissimo, e arredato molto bene (la mia camera aveva anche 1 belle poltroa un divano. Bellissimo il terrazzo privato panoramico on sedute). Spazi comuni magnifici come il salone con divani e biblioteca, sala ristorante, terrazza panoramica e giardino spa con piscina panoramica. La migliore colazione che ho fatto in vita mia in alberghi di questa fascia 4 stelle! Prodotti locali e non di altissima qualità e cucina espressa la mattina. Salmone servaggio, formaggio di capra locale, dolci di qualità superiore ecc. Tovaglie bianche con il logo della catena Paradores.

Absolutely fantastic! The room was clean, bright, and sunny. The common areas were spacious and not noisy at all. The front desk service was excellent and incredibly patient. Had very nice service from the reception staff, allowed us to check-in early and also leave our bags after check-out. The room was on the 14th floor, the rooms are a little tired but not bad for a short stay. The rooms could use soundproofing doors and windows. Pool area on the top floor of the hotel, only accessible by stairs. Offers great 360 view of the city. Location is great, a few minutes from the beach, port area, shopping centre and transportation hub

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, and having a parking area for the car was a big advantage. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the facilities were well maintained. The only disappointment was the breakfast. In our opinion, the quality did not match the price. We had breakfast at the hotel on the first day, but on the following days we chose to have breakfast in the city instead, as the hotel breakfast quality was not very good. Overall, despite this issue, we were satisfied with our stay.

Staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The property is a bit old, but the room was spacious. However, the advert showed that there was a gym, and there wasn’t one on-site. This was disappointing, as I specifically chose the place for the gym.
