The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and the food did take a little bit of time to arrive but the restaurant was very busy so no complaints!

Was disappointed this time stay at this hotel a few times. Our plane was delayed so we never arrived until 2am. The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Went to our room and there was an awful noise coming from the bathroom it was like a strong wind blowing through the cistern. We flushed the toilet a few times but it wouldn’t go away, we were tired so just went to bed with the bathroom door closed but could still hear it. We were up at 6.30 am went for breakfast and reported it to reception. The first girl we spoke to didn’t seem interested at all, just said she was listening but there was nothing she could do. It was her attitude more than anything , we then went back up and checked out about 7.30am the second girl at check out was nicer said she would report it and would be in touch. We like this hotel and go away a lot but we were very disappointed in the attitude of us having a very sleepless few hours. Took a video of it but it won’t upload.

Right across the road from the airport exit, super convenient! Don't follow your GPS, it'll take you on a huge detour. The hotel is actually really big, and you just cross the street from the exit. Perfect for people catching flights. We arrived at 2, had a quick rest, and even managed to check out Glasgow University!

Hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some tlc, staff all friendly when spoken to and bar staff helpful. Bar area seemed a bit cramped and awkward. Our room was supposed to be executive but felt pretty cramped. Have stayed elsewhere for less and had more space. The bathroom had nowhere to put toiletries in or out of the shower and the toilet in a very enclosed space between the wall and the glass shower door. Actually banged my shoulder on the toilet roll holder! Room was clean but bed was rock hard and neither of us managed to get much sleep due to having to keep moving off the numb joint so often. The room was on the second floor and absolutely roasting so had to keep the fan on all night which was really noisy as well. Breakfast was plentiful and set out well but a bit tasteless. Overall disappointing stay for our anniversary.

Hotel was lovely, entertainment was great but the dinner was awful

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More than 5 stars! The hotel was amazing — very clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hospitality was excellent. It’s great value for money, and I really loved my stay. Definitely coming back again!

We were for 3 nights in one of the lodges. These are really greatly maintained and equipped. Beside a large living room and 2 very nice bedrooms there were 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately one of both is a disabled WC. There is no delimited shower and the toilet has no cover. Between it and it looks rather strange. Otherwise a great stay and a safe place for a return.

Stayed one night in room number one. There was a loud humming noise coming from outside the bedroom window. I spoke to the hotel about this and was told the appliance would turn off at 9pm. We came back from the gig around 11.30pm and it was still running. It continued to turn on and off throughout the night. If we had been staying longer i would have complained and moved rooms. There are other reviews on here about noise issues in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, spotless. The spa was absolutely amazing. The only down side was 2 of the bars were closed, seeminley due to staffing issues, we had been looking forward to trying them. The only place to eat was the a la carte restaurant but the food and staff were absolutely lovely. Also the spa staff were fantastic, thank you, will definitely be back.

Absolutely fabulous! They really have made such a difference in this hotel and just what was needed. Staff so nice and welcoming! Dinner in the dining room was fabulous 🥰🥰 our hotel room was huge room & next to the spa.. quite a wee walk away from main dining room but I was ok with that.
