酒店部分前台服務態度差，辦理入住時說明已經在trip.com預訂並且付款，前台完全不尊重旅客，只會自己重複我沒有付款。後面叫了經理過來又突然說我們已經付款，也沒有對之前的惡劣態度做道歉。 房間很小，勉強夠住人的水平。在格陵蘭反正也別要求太多了，基本可以說什麼也沒有。酒店距離機場比較近，但是距離小鎮中心還是有一定距離的，但是有車出去，介意者慎重考慮吧。 早10點退房，想問一下能不能延遲一點，因為飛機是中午的，不出意外又被兇了一頓。只能說酒店可以認為自己不需要有一個好態度，但反正這樣的態度我肯定也不會推薦入住，當然了格陵蘭的選擇是比較少的，如果實在沒有其他好的選擇可能還是要住在這。

There is free hotel pick-up and drop-off, and there is a supermarket nearby. The location is convenient. The hotel is clean, there are not many choices for breakfast, and the view on the top floor is beautiful! The room was also very clean, just in time to watch the sunset.

This hotel is old and the interior is a bit dated but otherwise quite lovely. Very good service! Good location! Free airport transfer! Delicious breakfast! Restaurant is very good if you want to grab a nice dinner!

Excellent service. Beautiful location with views of icebergs. Saw northern lights from the room window.
