The location is very central, next to the Náutico. Unbeatable. The problem is on the eve of a holiday because it is located opposite the Pelícano discotheque and with the drinking party in the Méndez Núñez Gardens behind it, and soundproofing is not its strong point. You can hear everything. The attention of the reception staff is very good. The cleaning is also good. The bed is comfortable and firm. There are no amenities, you have to ask for them; just some dispenser bottles with gel, shampoo, conditioner and cream as in most hotels nowadays. As I said, the soundproofing is average. The mini-bar is also sparse as is usual today; there are no liquors or snacks, you would have to ask for them. In our bathroom there was no magnifying mirror for shaving/combing, but for us it is secondary. The rooms, the hall and the plants are cozy and quite well kept, considering that it is a building that is already quite old. In short, we will repeat the stay.

The room was fine and clean... but when I got to the hotel I asked the receptionist, a blond guy with somewhat long hair, if he could please order a taxi for 4 in the morning the next day to take me to the airport. He didn't do it. By chance, at night I decided to ask. There was another guy at reception and he told me that there was no taxi reservation. I think they should be more attentive to these details...

A spectacular hotel, with views and an enviable location. The staff is very attentive and kind. We had a small mishap in the room but they solved it immediately and very quickly. The rooms are spectacular, super clean and with very good details, the bed very comfortable. Without a doubt I recommend it 100%

Very good hotel, second time staying here, although only for one night, the hotel specially reserved a king-size bed room for me, very cozy, the front desk staff were also warm and polite, I will stay here next time.

Stayed for 5 days, the best hotel in the town, the town environment is comfortable, there are many bars and restaurants in front of the hotel, the room is very comfortable. Breakfast is not recommended to try, the same cost outside the restaurant can be better. The only suggestion: the door can't be locked, a little insecure.

Perfect location, the hotel is next to the cathedral. Comfortable room and hearty breakfast. Staying in here will be a perfect ending for pilgrims.

Hotel location is very good, just a little outside the ancient city of Lugo. It takes about five minutes to walk to the ancient Roman wall. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Lugo Cathedral. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and parking spaces downstairs. Room facilities and restaurants are good.
