The BUGU HOTEL provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The BUGU HOTEL offers a pleasant stay in Bishkek for those traveling for business or leisure. With Bishkek Railway Station just 4km away and Manas International Airport only 22km away, transportation is very convenient. With Total Football Arena, Geological Museum and Abdullo Ibn Abbas all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Bishkek hotel offers parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service.
"This hotel was fantastic! It was super clean and the location is close to the city center. The shower also had hot water right away. The breakfast was just right too.
I stayed here for a 10-day business trip, and what I appreciated most was the laundry service. For just a few hundred yen per load, they would wash and dry about 4-5 days' worth of clothes and return them neatly folded. At other hotels, they usually charge per item which ends up being ridiculously expensive, so this was a huge help. There are also many restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket.
I'd definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Bishkek!"

Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned.

GGuest UserI booked the cheapest room just to spend the night before heading to the airport early in the morning. The Green room was cozy and had air conditioning, but the window faced a road with incredible noise from passing cars. It felt like the window was open because of how loud it was, but it wasn't – it was like that with the window closed. This is good to know for anyone who needs their sleep. Also, the air conditioner had a pretty bright, blinking blue light. Other than that, everything was great, especially the staff! They were very friendly, attentive, and polite!

GGuest UserThe worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest?
This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures.
What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again.
As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes
And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them.
Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well.

GGuest UserResting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.

Llyinf_ngThe Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. This is definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Bishkek, and I'll be staying here again.

DDomianI really loved this hotel; I only had positive impressions. The room was clean, cozy, and spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet and pleasant to be in.
I'd especially like to highlight the staff—they were very polite, friendly, and attentive, quickly assisting with any questions. The location is also convenient, with shops, cafes, and other necessary amenities nearby.
Overall, the hotel left an excellent impression. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well-organized. I would gladly stay here again! ☺️👍🏻

NNovindra aji syahputraI stayed at Avant Hotel for a whole week and honestly it became one of my favorite stays in Bishkek. The location is perfect, literally right in the city center and super close to everywhere, which made everything so easy during my trip. Restaurants, cafés, shopping, and attractions were all nearby.
What made this hotel really special for me was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Since I stayed for a week, they even started recognizing me, always smiling, saying hello every time I walked in, and making me feel really comfortable and at home. Their hospitality felt very sincere and warm, not forced at all.
The service was amazing from beginning to end, and whenever I needed help, they were always ready to assist with kindness and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek.

GGuest UserOverall, room was spacious and as described. Toilet flush was getting stuck a lot.
Location is near the Osh Bazaar and as per the locals, the area is a bit unsafe at night. Location is further away from Ala-Too Square and those areas.
The kitchen was useful. The courtyard is large and spacious and good for resting if you don't want to go out to sightsee when it's hot.
The front desk could look into better restaurant recommendations. The ones they recommended were soso.
Overall, good value for price. I would stay here again.
