Taveekun Vang Vieng Hotel: Highly Recommended! We booked a large twin room, which was incredibly spacious with a simple, modern decor. The cleanliness was impeccable. The balcony view was absolutely stunning, offering a direct panorama of Vang Vieng's rolling karst mountains. Waking up to such beautiful mountain scenery every day was a treat. The bathroom featured a smart toilet, and the room was equipped with a kettle, bottled water, and coffee/tea. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent. If you're visiting Vang Vieng and want a room with a direct mountain view, this hotel is a perfect choice.

The stay was okay, but unfortunately the staff were not very friendly and didn’t even greet guests, which made me feel unwelcome. Also, the prices for renting a scooter were almost twice as high as at other places nearby. Overall, it was fine, but I expected a warmer atmosphere and fairer prices.

The place located a bit far from Vangvieng city center but it's a perfect place for staycation. We went there on week day so there's not a lot of people stay in the hotel which is very good for our group. Hotel have a wonderful view of mountain and river for us to just sit and stair at it, but if you prefer to swim can go ahead! Staff are very friendly and ready to help, 100% satisfy with all service. We contacted hotel staff before our visit so they turn on the AC ready before our arrival. We also met two lovely siberian husky there too!

I had a very pleasant stay at Kinton Hotel. The staff were one of the highlights of my experience; everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and centrally located, which made getting around and exploring the area very convenient. The main area I believe could use some improvement is the breakfast. While the quality was average overall, the selection felt somewhat limited and lacked some typical breakfast staples. At a minimum, I would have appreciated options such as scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and a wider variety of quality protein choices. Many of the available dishes were quite greasy and carbohydrate-heavy, with relatively few lighter or protein-focused options.

The bed truly sucks you in; I woke up not wanting to get out at all. The view from the room is simply the best, so incredibly healing. It’s perfect for escaping the chaos and hiding away in a beautiful, tranquil accommodation. The staff provide excellent service, making you feel right at home. A good night's sleep in a beautiful room is life's greatest reward. This trip felt absolutely amazing.

We had a great stay at Sabai Sabai hostel. Thanks for the friendliness of one of the house guests and yes you won 3 time😉. Sorry, but the night guy needs to improve his skills, being rude and arrogant won't gives you any respect. The breakfast is a bit shy, with a little portion of fresh fruits and 2 pancakes, with coffee and tea. The mattress was soft and the bedsheets seemed to be clean. The negative point is that everyone smokes everywhere outside. Would I recommend: Yes and I did already my friend liked it too.

The room is spacious with amazing view. The staff is friendly and they can speak english. They can help you book the ticket and tuktuk to places and activities in Vangvieng.

I booked this hotel last minute, and it exceeded my expectations. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby; it's a straight shot to the rafting and night market, and a massage parlor is right around the corner. If you're lucky, you can even spot hot air balloons from your bed! The pool is always accessible. The room layout is well-designed, the price is reasonable, the front desk staff is efficient, and the breakfast tastes authentically local.

Owner is so friendly and helpful!! The hotel wasn’t fitting for my needs but she but she was great helping me. cleanliness is lacking, sheets and towels don’t smell good and the room is organized very inconveniently and outdated. All electricity switches are by the room door, including the bathroom one. The room i originally booked was tiny and smelled awful and the bathroom door didn’t close- so the showergot the room wet- hence the mildew smell. The owner allowed me to upgrade to a better room. And after two nights, we shortened our stay via trip app and she gave me back the fee I added for the upgrade. The bar across the street plays loud music until midnight and the rooms aren’t soundproof so if you’re sensitive keep this in mind. bike rental is great. And again- owner is amazing!

Good hotel for its price. We had daily breakfast and daily cleaning. Location is very good. There is a swimming pool, we have never used it but I saw people who swam. Breakfast is not what we wanted to have since we would be happier to see rice instead of white bread made from plain wheat :) but we ordered it + meet to feed hungry stray animals We changed 2 rooms in the beginning because first one had crazy smell of cigarettes (don’t go to 103!), second one on the same floor had broken mirror. So with heavy luggage we chose to go to the second floor. 203 room is ok /) Everything is not new and outdated but for such price very good quality. Btw you need to leave your shoes outside before lobby in a special place and walk inside all area of hotel without shoes.
