Environment: Quite nice! The largest resort in the Suzdal region, it's packed with Russians for the weekend. You can't get a room here without booking in advance. The entire resort is beautiful. Service: Aw, there's no service, no doorman, and the parking is haphazard. Since we were the only foreigners, they gave us the worst room: 414, right next to the lobby and the bathroom. Facilities: The breakfast wasn't great. Considering such a large resort, it's quite meager! There's a free spa, worth trying. The room interior was also quite average! Cleanliness: Okay, just fine. Exploring the town of Suzdal is the most important thing!

Отель в самом центре города. Это плюс. Минус в том, что шум от проезжающих авто слышен. Не супер громко, но есть. Номер был на мансарде, всё соответствует фотографиям. Плохо, что нет нормального стола, только маленький с зеркалом. Не очень понравилась кровать. Как правило в отелях у кровати нет борта в ногах, вместо этого просто высокий матрас, с которого ноги свисают, если не помещаются. Тут бортик деревянный, получается, что нога лежит на этом деревянном бортике, что не очень приятно. Подушка не понравилась, жестковатая для меня оказалась. Про завтраки. Завтраки по меркам стандартных сетевых отелей довольно скудные (кофе-чай, омлет, сырная запеканка, нарезка из сыра и ветчины, листья салата, огурец), но зато дешево. Кондиционер в номере потрескивает даже когда не включен (в первый раз такое встречаю). Почему так, не знаю, но это неприятно, т.к. тишины в ночные часы от этого не добавляется. Ванная и сантехника в норме, набор для чистки зубов в наличии. В остальном ок. В целом средне, нет ни негатива, ни восторга.

It was unusual that you need to record in the pool and free only one hour a day. But, it wasn't a problem for us, just, unusual somehow. The pool hats can be bought there. Breakfast is enough, But, executives, please look at the girl on the roast of pancakes and eggs. Unfortunately, she didn't have a badge with the name. Young, quite, hair is quite bright. Just explain to her how to talk to the guests. If she's all irritated and mad around, she needs to find another job. I'm sure you'll understand who I am if you listen to the review. She can't hide emotions. With adults she was more or less rude, though she did not quite everything, and with children...The child (not my) came up with a plate, and she was irritated by him: ”What do you want?” Everything in her work was like that. One hour before breakfast, the pancakes were no longer baked, and the eggs were ready and already cold. Watch it. I have a business generally, so I would like to draw your attention from a purely professional point of view. In general, the hotel recommends. To the center on the car 7 minutes. Good hotel, new (at least new repair). Compliant with price/quality. In the very center, 4 minutes from the Guestyard and 8 minutes from the Kremlin. I appreciate hotels on the smell and especially on the smell of the bathroom - here everything is on the level, smells pleasant ☺️👌 The premium number was large but cozy. Of course, if the amateurs go on the central street to noise the exhaust, everything will be heard, although the screams of visitors of alcohol shops on the 1st floor were not heard. Breakfasts are quite delicious. Some are cooked for order, some are cooked for a Swedish table. Although I thought there was a lot of things in the cooked part. Thank you 👌👏
