Sofitel is an excellent choice in BKC. Walking distance to Jio World and close to airport. Rooms are spacious, food is excellent, staff is caring and helpful. Price for our stay was reasonable for a 5 star property. Definitely can stay again.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient.

The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The 6th-floor room was excellent! The meals were delicious, and I was able to enjoy the snack time before dinner. Also, for about an hour during the evening, there's a great service with drinks and simple snacks. I highly recommend it!

Most stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.

This has a nice location and not far from airport, it is dated but being upgraded at the moment so hopefully should be a lot nicer the next time I visit. Service is good but needs a lot more improvement, staff seem to take orders for breakfast and then forget to come back, and i noticed that they seem to concentrate on some people more then others because of tips given at start of service, we always give tips at end because you reward people who do well. The pool area needs a lot of attention and new furniture it is very dated so hopefully will all be replaced.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. Very peaceful place. Definitely going back whenever in shirdi.

Stayed there for one night, check-in took a bit of time not sure why but the check out took only a few second, the staff are very friendly, getting Uber to the hotel lobby is confusing for the drivers, rooms are massive with comfy beds and pillows. You should add coffee machine. Overall it was decent 👌🏾

The hotel is wonderful, in a great location. Everything is very, very good, except for one very big 'BUT'. According to hotel policy, check-in is at 2 PM. I arrived at the hotel at 2:10 PM, and after all the paperwork was done, they told me to wait 15 minutes because the room wasn't ready yet 😅😅. Five stars, seriously? I thought, 'okay, these things happen,' but I ended up getting into the room at 3:15 PM!!! This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. All I got from the hotel was, 'Sorry, we're trying to get the room ready as quickly as possible.' And for that service alone, it gets 0 points.
