Hotels With bar in Samarkand Region, Uzbekistan

Beautiful hotel with a wine cellar downstairs, conveniently located 12 minutes' walk from the train station. However, it's a 20-minute taxi ride to the city center. On the downside: it was cold! There was no heating in the room, and we froze at night! (It was 10 degrees Celsius outside, so naturally, it was cold inside too). Our room faced the road, and the noise insulation was terrible! We could hear everything from the street and the corridor! There was a cigarette smell in the room! It seemed like someone had been smoking, and despite airing it out, the smell wouldn't go away! We asked to change rooms but were refused, told there were no other rooms available! Very unpleasant! We did extend our stay by 6 hours for half the price, which was a plus. Pros: The room had everything advertised, including a bathrobe – though only one, even though I booked for two people. The shower was broken; both showerheads (the rain shower too) seemed clogged, and water came out from the side on both, making it very inconvenient to shower. There were only two pillows; four would have been better. Other pros: Decent breakfast with coffee from a machine. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and cozy. There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway. The beds are comfortable.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

A good place to stay is all you needed especially if coming from Tashkent (bus ride took 5.5hrs to Samarkand) - and this hotel made it up for the long day.  The area is a bit of a walk to the attractions - but with this summer I don’t mind spending a few Uzbek SOMs for Yandex (w/c is cheap by the way). Hotel was new, spacious and clean. There’s AC to beat the heat in the city. And there’s even breakfast included at that price point and they don’t ask you to pay extra if you already consumed 2 bottled water a day. Special shoutout to their new staff, Ulugbek! He showed me what Uzbek hospitality means. Very helpful guy. And to their boss for returning the extra money I paid and for not forcing me to change room when there was a mixed up w/ the room assignments - I’m supposed to get the standard but, I was given the next tier by mistake. Pros… * Location: 15 mins walkable distance to Registan square and a couple other attractions * Breakfast: a great variety of options ~ hot & cold + few options of fruits and pastries / desserts * Room: it was ok apart from the AC… which was dripping water once turned on.. hot water available for shower which was great! Beddings were good, a fridge, iron board, iron, a keep safe box, bath robes, 2 bottles of water available in room. Amenities: hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, tooth brush, tooth paste and cotton buds were provided Cons… * Breakfast: starts at 8am and ends at 10am. It starts kind of late especially when some people of early start * Fitness center: only cardio machine available. Lights are never on, AC not on… also starts 8-8pm just really isn’t ideal timing especially during summer where people may wanna use the gym first thing before they have breakfast/ explore then come back for the gym.. hence I never got chance to use at all… it also looks like it’s never open… it gives a very off putting vibe. The swimming pool looks nice though.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met. The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it.

After a day of exploring the city, it's wonderful to relax by the pool, take a dip, and enjoy a meal at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant serves excellent food; their lunch soups with a warm bun are incredibly energizing for the whole day! Breakfasts are hearty and delicious, and I particularly appreciate the wide selection of seasonal fruits like peaches, apricots, nectarines, watermelon, melon, pears, apples, and strawberries. The samsa is absolutely amazing, especially the one with zucchini, and the chicken samsa is excellent too. I haven't tasted such delicious samsa anywhere else in Uzbekistan – the dough just melts in your mouth. A huge thank you to the chef! Right next to the hotel, there are bus stops where you can catch a bus for just 2000 soum to all the city's attractions. Taxis are also readily available and inexpensive. The Registan Square is about an hour's leisurely walk away, and along the way, you can browse shops and grab a bite at cafes.

優點:1.位置優越。距離雷吉斯坦廣場步行大約十五分鐘。2.前台小哥服務不錯，沒有電梯，拿行李上上下下，熱情周到。3.三樓有個觀景平台，有沙發桌子，適合休閑遊旅客。缺點:1.房型不標準，大床房空間有大有小。沒房了給我三人間，床的寬度目測0.8米。2.前台沒有pos機，預付擔保金也不能抵扣房費，衹能用現金付款。

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A magnificent hotel that exceeded all expectations! Pros: The best hotel in the city! From check-in to check-out, I felt an atmosphere of genuine care. Amazing reception: I was greeted very warmly and hospitably, checked in instantly, all my questions were answered, and all requests were handled. The front desk staff are the face of the hotel, and here they are at the highest level! Cuisine and service: The restaurant offers incredibly delicious food and impeccable service. The waiters are very attentive and polite. The breakfasts are a special delight! The selection of dishes is simply fantastic, everything is fresh, appetizing, and caters to all tastes. Cleanliness: The room was in perfect condition, cleaned very well and thoroughly. The bed linen was pristine white, the room felt fresh and cozy, and had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. Comment: A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for their professionalism and such wonderful hospitality. We will definitely return here again and recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances! Rating 10 out of 10.

This is probably one of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in. Everything is wonderful, and you can feel it in the details – from the scent at the entrance to the high-quality tableware at breakfast. The service is impeccable, the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are amazing. I'd also like to highlight the convenient location. The outdoor pool is lovely, but in my opinion, there aren't enough sun loungers. The indoor spa area is good, but it would be even better if the pool was heated. The gym is also excellent. On my birthday, the hotel congratulated me with a festive dessert. The next day, before we checked out, some treats were brought to our room. They were already inside when we realized it was a mistake and the gift was meant for other guests. So, you could say they just dangled it in front of us and crushed all our hopes 😂. They could have left it as an apology! Oh well, we're not offended)) The hotel is superb, I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Regency. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were wonderful – they told us everything we needed to know, advised us on the best places to eat and visit, and quickly arranged taxis within the complex. The room service staff were always accommodating, and any requests were met promptly. Room cleaning was very thorough and unobtrusive. We particularly loved the pools in the spa center on the 2nd floor and visited them daily. There's an excellent steakhouse on the 1st floor, and it's within walking distance to the fountains and the Eternal City complex.
