Spacious room with a stunning sea view — nothing beats waking up to waves on Scarborough Beach, just a short stroll away. 🌊✨ Staff were consistently polite and efficient, making the stay feel seamless.
In-room dining available 24/7 was a big plus, with well-curated options that cater to different dietary needs.
The location is also very convenient — Coles supermarket is just nearby, along with ice cream and burger shops for a quick treat. 🍦🍔
A refined yet relaxed beachside escape — highly recommended for those who appreciate both comfort and convenience.
I will never ever stay here again . Firstly we arrived at 3pm (check in is 2pm) they then advised our room wasnt ready . Others were also advised of the same thing and we were all given a drink voucher to go to the cafe . That was fine , but then an hour went by , and the could not tell us how long it would be for our room to be ready . So we took off into town for dinner , we were then called at 5:40 to say that our room was ready . So we waited over 2 and a half hours !
We then got to our room only to find the aircon was leaking and the carpet was absolutely soaking , and there were stains/blotches on the bed covers . So we advised the front desk , went for a swim in the pool whilst they dealt with the issue. We then were told we had to move rooms , and it was a downgrade, they offered us free breakfast for the downgrade as the place was fully booked so there wasn’t really anything else we could do . The new room smelt musty and again the carpets were damp , as I believe the shower/bathroom must leak under the floorboards. I did advise the for desk that it’s a health concern as mold is definitely growing in the rooms . You can tell it’s been like that for a long time as the carpet colour along the wall are black . Such a shame cos the pool facilities are amazing , and the location. But it’s is absolutely run down and dirty .

Close to CBD, and easy to take neighboring free buses. The building is a little of age. People are nice both in the front desk and service sector.
One thing I do not understand is that the genitor knocked my door every morning before 9, just to ensure if I need my room clean.
The food was good at the lobby restaurant. I had salmon dish.
Four years later, we stayed in the same hotel again, this time to see the famous ladder to the moon. We had dinner on the terrace outside the bar while waiting for the ladder to appear. The live band sang to cheer us up, and the atmosphere was full of festivals. It was great.
Hotel experience was great. No bad comments to make.
Only one concern I like to raise is - the hotel sent out a SMS and an email for on-line check-in prior to arrival. There was a link in the SMS / email to fill in personal details (full name, passport no. ) and credit card details for deposit payment. This was a very poor and dangerous practice. It would invite scam under the name of the hotel. Hope the hotel would discontinue this arrangement.
The functions of the room are relatively complete, but they are not useful. The washbasin is a palm's width wide and cannot be used to brush teeth. The room has a musty smell when opened, which is quite different from domestic hotels of the same price.
Comfortable rooms, friendly service, convenient location, good value for money, easy access to public transport, and a pleasant stay for business or leisure travelers. And Free Parking. Thats is a plus point

The location is great, and the service attitude is super good. The room size is quite spacious. We were able to store our luggage in advance, and since we arrived early, the staff helped us bring our bags in and even told us they'd call if a suitable room became available. As a result, we were able to check in around 12 PM, even though check-in isn't usually until after 3 PM. That's fantastic, I'm very satisfied! After breakfast, we checked out and could store our luggage for free again. We walked to visit the Perth Mint and then came back to pick up our bags. The kettle is both eco-friendly and beautiful; I bought two more before leaving for $4 each, which isn't expensive.
The downsides are that there's no tissue box in the room, and the latex mattress felt a bit strange because it seemed a bit too big for the bed. The most important issue is with the bathroom ventilation system; I couldn't find a switch anywhere. If one person uses the toilet and another goes right after, it's quite unpleasant.
A veritable forest resort hotel is located one kilometer away from the small town of Pemberton. It is located in the big forest and there are wild kangaroos around us. The environment is beautiful and the rooms are well equipped and our one bedroom has two beds. The convenience of a three-person stay is a great choice for a family-friendly tour.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel was absolutely luxurious! The outdoor pool was wonderfully heated, so I took a dip – highly recommended! Just be aware it closes before 6 PM. I won't be posting photos of the pool, though, as I've only granted Ctrip permission to use a selection of my pictures. The hotel also provided a lovely welcome gift: four boxes (eight pieces total) of Koko Black chocolates and a bottle of champagne, as pictured. I visited the casino too; it was massive. I watched others play and it seemed like almost everyone was losing. Don't even bother, my friends!
AAnonymous UserWe enjoyed our stay as the great location to walking around CBD. However, we did experience an issue with the basin, as it was not draining properly. It would be great if the hotel could look into this for future guests.
EElyn PeeThis was our very first trip to Perth.
If you’re planning to take trains or buses both within and outside the CBD, I highly recommend getting a public transport card called the SmartRider. You can buy it at the Airport Train Station customer service counter, located right next to the ticket barrier. The card costs AUD $10 (non-refundable), plus any amount you wish to top up.
Using a SmartRider gives you a 10% discount on every ride. After the discount:
Travelling within 1 zone costs about $3.15 per ride.
Travelling between 2 to 9 zones costs only $4.68 per ride.
There’s also a daily cap of $10.40, no matter how many rides you take.
Inside the CBD, there’s a Free Transit Zone (FTZ) where bus travel is free. This hotel is within the FTZ, with a bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk from the entrance—very convenient. You can tap on and off any bus from this stop at no charge as long as you travel within the FTZ. Many buses from here go straight to Elizabeth Quay Train Station and Bus Interchange, where you can easily transfer to other buses or trains.
Perth’s public transport system is excellent, with buses arriving every 10 minutes or less. There’s also a free CAT bus service with four routes (Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow). No tapping is required on CAT buses. A Red CAT stop is just a 5-minute walk away, on the street directly behind the hotel.
If you’re driving, the hotel has a car park (charges apply).
We stayed here for 6 nights. While the location and transport convenience are excellent, I would like to sincerely share some areas for improvement:
Lighting: The room lighting was very dim, making the space feel gloomy throughout our stay. Brighter lighting would make a big difference.
Water Pressure: Both hot and cold shower water had very low pressure, making showers uncomfortable.
Air Conditioning: The air-conditioning was weak. We stayed in winter, so it wasn’t a big issue, but in summer it could be problematic.
Carpet Condition: The carpets in the rooms and lifts could use replacement.
Lobby Appearance: While not critical, a refreshed lobby and lift lobby would greatly improve first impressions for arriving guests.
These are my genuine, heartfelt suggestions in the hope they can help improve the comfort and experience for future guests.

GGuest UserThe hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.
NNaga csc 7First time going to Perth.Had a short getaway in Perth.Stayed in ibis Perth central. The place was fanatic and at CBD area convenient located. Shopping was great at this area.Metro was at walking distance and made my traveling easier. The weather was super cool and nice weather throughout my stay here. The staff was very helpful and gave good advice.Easy to check , had good buffet breakfast.
高高No breakfast at the hotel. We live in two rooms at 19 and 20. Seven days in Western Australia this place feels the most expensive and the worst, and did not dare to turn on the air conditioner at night. Especially big taste. The room was quite large, with a double bed and a single bed. Facilities are not new.
GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space
GGuest UserThe hotel's location in the city center is quite good, but it's a bit old. The facilities are fairly complete, though I didn't get to use the gym or anything because it closed very early, so I'm not sure how those were.
CCharm-Unfortunately not a fan. Booked holiday inn after a great stay at Shanghai but this rendition was disappointing.
Positives: location is convenient and is near the shopping streets, food, cafes and Perth station if you’re taking the train from the airport. Three lifts which was pretty good, never had to wait long. Shampoo / body gel / cream smelt decent
Negatives: toothbrush provided only upon request, only two bottles of water given for the stay - the rest had to be obtained from the water cooler at reception, room carpet felt icky and no bedroom slippers were provided, room lighting was insufficient. Dated power points (no usb) Booked a king bed room but was given two double beds. I didn’t like it but didn’t wanna make a fuss. Room had zero views and was facing another hotel (?!), machines and I didn’t feel safe opening the curtains. NOISE - could hear the next door opening and closing the cupboard, bathing, talking etc
Even within the room, there was ALOT of noise. From the aircon, fridge etc which gives one scares esp when trying to sleep, it sounds like someone else is in the room.
Staff were relatively friendly but seems to be understaffed where reception only has one staff manning the counter.
Overall; I paid a higher price point than surrounding brand name hotels expecting similarly wonderful rooms / service as holiday inn Shanghai but I half regretted staying here as soon as I got to the room. Previously stayed at doubletree Hilton which had a better room at a lower price point though location wise, holiday inn is better.
