"I arrived on the Thursday evening and was informed right away that there was a gas leak in the city and there will be no hot water for the duration of my stay. I’m aware this is not the hotels fault but as a result they offered no help or solutions to the matter. There was no kettle in the room and I even asked and they said no to a kettle, we got offered no discount off breakfast or anything extra for the inconvenience, other hotels in the surrounding area with the same issue, offered free breakfast, drinks, snacks and kettle so that they could boil water to have a hot wash etc…I was there 4 nights and had to have cold showers for the duration…really poor hotel offerings!"

GGuest UserThe hotel was advertising with a swimming pool, and at the arrival we heard it was closed and converted into sports room, both were not accessible now, which was very sad, and the bathroom was not very clean and well maintained.
The comfort of the bed was great, and the dinner in the restaurant was very good.

GGuest UserGreat for those in transit. The room is small but comfortable. You can book a taxi at the hotel, available from 4 AM, to reach the airport. The hotel also has vending machines with international first courses, hot, and cold beverages. Outside, there's a pizza vending machine. A big thank you to Raoul and Luca for ensuring everything runs smoothly according to personal needs.

WwanderingmumWe stayed for only a night to chase an early morning flight. We were delighted by the family room - a sofa bed for the kids and a queen bed for parents. The room layout is great, it has 2 smart TVs, clean furnitures, and offered shuttle service for 25euros for 4 people. We had a good night's sleep.
We did wish it had a bidet for the toilet. Without a car, it is a bit difficult to go around with no nearby shops or restaurants. However, as an airport hotel, we still recommend this for a good night's sleep.

This is a fitness center at the ground floor but we haven't made use of it.
It was amazing to see my name on the TV when I stapped into the room. The reception is very friendly and provided service at a professional way.

SSinclair VassPretty family hotel with a simple but tasty breakfast. Parking not clear when you arrive but just go a bit past the hotel and there is free parking on the left hand side (seems to serve some apartments but no signs saying you can’t park).

AAndréNice hotel. As you are used to from Van der Valk Hotels. Unfortunately there was heavy construction work which had a negative impact on the stay. However, the employees tried very hard to make the guests as pleasant as possible. They did a great job!
