I also stayed at this hotel last year and was really happy with it, which is why we returned this year. But this year it wasn't the same. The shower in my room was leaking water all the way to the bed. There was also a leak in the sink, which I obviously reported. They went to fix it, but it wasn't completely fixed, so the leak continued. They came back again, and it wasn't completely fixed. In short, it wasn't very comfortable. After informing them of the situation, they offered me a room change, but to a smaller one, which I declined. The solution they gave me was to stay there and they would give me more towels to dry the water. That was bad. The good thing is the location, very close to the beach, which makes a lot of things easier. I don't know if I would go back...

Hotel location was not bad as it is near to many eating places. Amenities are poor as they only provide 1 small bar of soap for handwashing. Nothing was provided for bathing except for a smalltube of shampoo for bathing. Not even a box of tissue and no drinking water. How much can they save going to such lengths of austerity? Worn out towels.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city center and the cruise terminal, close to a large supermarket, and close to the bus station. The hotel room is spacious, with enough space for luggage. Only one thing should be improved: the shower water is small.

The hotel restaurant is good. Although the price is not cheap, the portion is large. You can order one portion for two people.
