The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The value for money was absolutely top-notch, for a room that was perfectly spacious and exceptionally clean. As an added bonus, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. There's a tram stop just 2 minutes away, which offers quick access to the city center or the main train station.

The hotel is conveniently located near a large plaza, which is a big plus. It's about a 20-minute walk from the station, so if you have a lot of luggage, I'd recommend taking a taxi. It's clean, but there's a bit of noise.

Amenities: Pretty good. They provide shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, plus a kettle and free coffee. Still no slippers though. Cleanliness: Very good, everything was tidy and clean. Ambiance: Okay. It's newly renovated, but the hallway looks a bit worn down. Service: Alright, pretty standard. It's self-service, which was a bit inconvenient.

This hotel is incredibly close to the Frankfurt exhibition center, practically right next door, which makes attending events super convenient. It's also just a five-minute walk to the subway station. The Western-style breakfast is diverse and plentiful. Getting to the city center is easy, and it's only a few minutes to the train station. The Römerberg square is also very close by.

I stayed here over New Year’s, and what a wild experience that was in Frankfurt! It also made me realize just how poor the hotel’s soundproofing is — I could hear all the chaos and noise throughout the night. On the bright side, the location is great, just a short walk from the train station. Still, the area can feel a bit unsafe at night, especially during New Year’s celebrations, so be cautious if you’re heading out late.

Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch). Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights).

I appreciated the effort the hotel made to keep the rooms tidy and welcoming. The only downside was the bed. The double bed was actually made by joining two single beds together. This was not very comfortable, especially when trying to sleep in the middle. It felt a little awkward and less relaxing compared to a proper double bed. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers who want a quiet location with easy transport to the city. Just be aware of the bed arrangement.

Overall, a very good experience! The service was enthusiastic and satisfactory. The hotel's proximity to the exhibition center makes it ideal for stays during trade shows. However, prices are quite high during exhibition periods.
