GGuest UserThey could put a couple of fan at the lobby, especially at the reception area.
Food area (buffet) can be closed and supported by air conditioning.
At some locations, drinks can be served in glass not plastic.
Smoking In The pool must be prohibited, because kids also swimming in the same pool. Around the pool is ok

GGuest UserThe hotel was gorgeous! Very beautiful and clean. The check-in clerk was very helpful! We could see that there were several activities available, such as multiple pools and the beach, but unfortunately weren't staying long enough to take advantage of many of them. We did enjoy lunch on a restaurant built on a pier over the ocean with absolutely beautiful views!

Dde lucamanuelaThe only problem is that they publicize 6 restaurants a la carte but only 1 is open per day and it is impossible to reserve. Quite disappointing

GGuest UserHello.
It is the second time I have been hosting in this accommodation in the last 10 days, but this time it was not very good experience because the hotel had no water in the bathroom.
I went down to the lobby to inform the dependent that he had no water in the bathroom and quickly contacted the maintenance staff to take care of the case.
But at the end of my stay I had to leave early because I couldn't bath in the bathroom of the room
