The standout feature of Hotel MyStays Yokohama Kannai is its excellent location. It’s a short, pleasant 7-10 minute walk from Kannai Station, Staff were consistently polite, professional, and helpful, speaking adequate English for check-in. The rooms, while compact as is standard in Japanese business hotels, are smartly designed and impeccably clean. The room size is the main compromise. If you’re traveling with large suitcases, maneuvering can be a bit of a puzzle. It’s perfectly manageable for solo travelers or couples traveling light, but those wanting spacious accommodations should book a larger room category. While the price is fair for the location and quality, it can edge toward the higher side during peak seasons.

The room was spacious enough for two 24-inch suitcases to open comfortably. On clear mornings, you could even see Mount Fuji from the window, which was a nice bonus! It's super convenient for exploring the surrounding areas from Yokohama – easy access to Tokyo, Haneda Airport, Hakone, and Kamakura. Perfect for an extended stay if you're doing day trips. There's a supermarket downstairs that's open until 11 PM with great prices; a box of Haagen-Dazs was only ten yuan, so I ended up eating it every night! The only minor inconvenience was getting water in the room; you had to go to the hallway to refill, which I guess might be due to Kanagawa's environmental policies, as Tokyo doesn't seem to have this setup.

Best place to stay.Station is very near. The hotel is clean and have breakfast available. Decent breakfast.i love to stay again.Indian food is available nearby. The only thing is bathrooms are small but manageble.

Overall: Extremely satisfied. Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Ambiance: Beautiful surroundings with scenic views. Service: Provided truly comfortable and authentic Japanese hospitality. Location & Views: The hotel boasts a fantastic location right next to Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for visiting major attractions and Yokohama Station. A significant highlight is definitely being able to enjoy stunning panoramic views of Tokyo Bay.

The hotel is located to the west of the stadium, just绕 the stadium from the east side, and it's right by the Kannai subway station. It's actually a historic building, a really beautiful white house. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs and a Sukiya restaurant next door. The twin room is much larger, and it even comes with a curling iron! I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Chinatown.

The room was spacious and the access to the airport was super convenient. The on-site hot spring is paid, but hotel guests get a discount (700 yen), and you can even use it again the next morning, which was a nice surprise. At first, there was a slight smell in the room, but considering the cleaning, price, and overall value, it’s still a solid choice. There’s nothing much within walking distance around the hotel, though. The best part was definitely the hot spring — soaking outdoors under the stars felt incredibly relaxing.

The hotel has a wonderful location, very close to the station and surrounded by many nice cafés. It’s also convenient to have a large and clean Don Quijote and a big pharmacy just a couple of minutes away, and there is a konbini right on the ground floor. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious, offering both Japanese and Western options. One downside was that my special request to stay away from the elevator (I clearly mentioned it when booking on Trip.com) didn’t seem to be noticed, as I was given the closest room to it! No other rooms were that close. I was very tired after traveling and didn’t go back to reception to ask for a change, especially since the staff kindly allowed me to check in an hour earlier than the official time. Surprisingly, it was not noisy at all during the night, so it didn’t bother me. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I would appreciate more attention to guest requests in the future.

The view is beautiful, and the room is quite spacious. There's a large shopping mall right next door, and it's convenient to walk to other nearby malls. The Anpanman Children's Museum is also not far away. When we checked out, we even asked the hotel to help send our luggage to our hotel in Osaka.

The location is very centralize and near to restaurants and shopping streets in Yokohama. The staff are very polite and very helpful, which make me feel very privileged. The room is clean and ecologically following the nature saving regilayions.

The amenities in the rooms were a little old, but I was impressed on the cleanliness. I’m very picky in this aspect and thought this hotel did a good job. The workers were very nice, and would use a translation app in order to help us. They have a lot of toiletries free downstairs. Good location, just right next to to a subway stop. And also there is a Lawson right down stairs.
