It's a nice hotel especially for family with kids since they have a big swimming pool and playing area. Not the best for couples or solo traveller since it can be noisy and crowded around the common areas. But the hotel is overlooking the sea so it's refreshing to wake up to the view, and also go for a morning run.

We regularly stay @ Zenith for countless times. Though the hotel isn't as grand as other 5 stars, the service & cleanliness has been consistent over the years. The location is strategic & convenient. There's charging station for EV car too & we can leave our car for charging with ease. We had drinks @ the cafe & were impressed by the simple honey lemon drinks & Rose chrysanthemum tea that we ordered. Will stay regular either for holidays or work.

We found the location to be superb, offering truly outstanding views. The area boasts a wide variety of dining choices. Furthermore, the apartment was clean and featured a well-designed layout.

The stay location was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The lift access card was very insensitive, and we had to ”gosok-gosok” it repeatedly just to get it to work — even the staff acknowledged this workaround. The bathroom flooded whenever we took a shower, and the water heater didn’t work even after leaving it on for over 30 minutes, as instructed. How it affects if bringing kids or elderly. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. Also, the hanging bed lamp kept swinging and hitting the wall when the fan was on, creating an annoying noise. We hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

The Chateau is a family friendly resort, it is also a great place for events like weddings or celebration. When you arrive to the chateau, it feels as if you were in a fairy tale, castle in the woods. The condition and maintenance of the chateau is awesome, very cozy yet grand at the same time. The staff are very friendly and welcoming to their guests, providing top notch service. There are many different locations to explore and activities to do around the facilities, which make the stay a very eye opening and entertaining one. The room was beautiful, interior design to perfection, very comfy and clean, definitely had a good rest. The food provided at the chateau, one mouth watering meal, it definitely satisfied our taste buds. Overall the experience at this hotel was fantastic, one that I would recommend to many. I would definitely come back again in the future.

“We had a wonderful 2 days and 1 night stay at Ion Majestic Genting Highlands. The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing and perfect for a short getaway. We would like to express our special thanks to the hotel staff for the lovely room decoration prepared for our wedding anniversary. It was a very thoughtful and heartwarming surprise that made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to all the staff for the great service, friendliness, and attention to detail. The room very clean, spacious & comfortable with excellent service. The parking is free. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool water was very cold with no warm water, so children might catch a cold when swimming. Accessing to the swimming pool is a bit challenging and far away. During the peak season, the water heater in my room was not hot enough, and there was no hot water halfway through the shower. The soundproofing of the room was poor, and we were woken up every time someone walked past the corridor.

Stayed at Club King room facing the sea, beautiful view. Check in was fast and was warmly welcome by reception staff. Enjoyed the club lounge high tea & dinner, special thanks to Hana and her intern for a remarkable service. Recommended resort for healing and even had the opportunity to shoot some faunas. Tasty & varieties of foods served during breakfast.

The room was clean and tidy when we check in. Found some stains to the comforter and pillows upon the check in. Request of cleaning of room was not very well done as we notice floor was still dirty when we back and no new small towel was not given. Lobby Staffs are friendly and helpful. Not smart tv

Great stay for families. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, providing plenty of comfort for my family. The environment was peaceful and family-friendly, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
