Legend has it that centuries ago, in secluded villages in the Sintra Mountains, people celebrated Samhain, a three-day celebration of fire and unity. Merchants brought spices and fabrics from afar. Innkeepers offered heartwarming elixirs. Music echoed through the mountains as people sang and danced in celebration.
