"I enjoyed nothing about this stay, total waste of money. Aircon didn't work and just leaked water so bad I used the kettle to collect the water. sink wouldn't hold water to shave. Carpet hadn't even been cleaned. Shower randomly dropped water loudly in the night. Had a used towel with brown lines on it 🤮 Breakfast was cold and the selection was pathetic for someone who is vegan. I reported to reception and her reply was to joke and say I had ghosts with all the activities. Think I'd have rather tried a hostel. Avoid the lift, I swear it was made and put together by 5 year olds. I have everything on video. My advice is read the bad reviews and you'll see a pattern forming."

"I had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities needed. The location of the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. The breakfast was good value but variety/choice of different menu on each day could be improved, but nothing that significantly impacted my stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would consider returning in the future."

"It was a good stay but the hotel is bit old and not like the pictures. I feel its bit expensive compared to the quality of the rooms. Staff and services are great but would appreciate if they can renovate their superior rooms with sea view. Otherwise it’s in a good location .. close to the train station and most of the restaurants."

"Hotel Aeromor is a really convenient hotel located on the FARO beach strip . A 6 minute taxi ride from the airport in a very beauitful location. The check in experience was very pleasant and straight forward and the service was great. The hotel do offer breakfast at a additional cost but you will not be disappointed . The breakfast is a buffet breakfast and I enjoyed it very much as everything was delicious. We booked a room with a lovely sea view .. The room was very clean , the bed very comfortable and bathroom although very basic did the job. You get a nice kettle and snack bits and it was really kond how they gave us a whole fruit bowl to devour . The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly great and I love how they laid out the bathroom extras neatly . Our room came with a balcony and it did not disappont. Lovely views and it is really quiet at night. On the last night we had some typical loud British tourist next door who really didn't take into account that people we're trying to sleep but the hotel staff sorted them put soon enough and told them to be quiet . There is a resturant downstairs for lunch and dinner and love music which is there for you to enjoy. The hotel is across the road from the beach"

"I booked this place at the last minute because my flight was delayed. It was terrible. No air conditioning, the environment was awful, worse than a guesthouse. Don't book it! Seriously, get out of there immediately. Faro itself is already in poor condition, like a small town. These hostels are even worse."

"We had a wonderful stay at Mercedes Country House. We spent 7 nights here during our visit to Algarve and it was exactly the peaceful retreat we needed. This place is tucked away in a town about 20 min north of Faro airport. The area is conveniently located to be able to access many interesting areas in Algarve within 1 hour. The staff are kind and attentive, the grounds are beautiful, and the Thai restaurant on site was top notch- we ate there every night that it was open. We also signed up for a Thai cooking class with the chef and learned to make some delicious dishes. Stay here if you’re looking for a peaceful oasis where you can get some restorative rest and eat delicious food, while still being located a short drive from the beaches and the region’s many cultural offerings."

"The kitchen was a highlight, but the induction hob was very weak, only good for boiling an egg. It came with a dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. Free coffee was provided. It was very clean, but no slippers were offered."

"Very beautiful hotel with an even more beautiful interior, however the rooms, while spacious and comfortable don’t really reflect this. It would be nice if the rooms had a similar look to rest of the hotel. Very good food and even better service. The receptionist was nice enough not to charge me for things I took for the minibar."
