Pousada Queluz ★★★★
"The hotel is located across the road from the National Palace of Queluz. It was once a part of the National Palace of Queluz and later became a hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and enthusiastic, the room was clean and tidy, and the value for money was high. There were few sockets in the room, and a bedside lamp had to be disabled when charging the phone. Also, the water pressure was slightly low, which was not very comfortable."
Flag Hotel Lisboa-Sintra ★★
"Good value for money."
Pestana Sintra Golf - Conference & Spa Resort ★★★★
"A family resort full of kids, probably suitable for their needs, not ours, unfortunately. Not really the best experience for a couple trying to enjoy their stay. Both inside and outside pool full of children, ended up not swimming at all. There was only a buffet dinner available at the restaurant or some small snacks at the bar. We paid 15eur each for a ”caesar” salad, with the ingredients: lettuce, bread crutons, some burned bacon, chicken resembling a prebaked chicken from Lidl unfrosted from the freezer, and caesar sauce. Breakfast had some more choices, and gladly some fresh fruits, but no fresh juices like in all other hotels during our stay in Portugal, only the cheapest orange juice you can probably get. Even though the staff was very nice, the resort is quite run down looking and rooms very basic. Probably an ok stay for a family with smaller kids, couples try somewhere else."
Live Sintra Boutique Guest House ★★★★
"The hot water wasn't working properly, and the worst part is that the owner knew it and didn't try to fix it beforehand. When we complained, the only solution she offered was to cancel the second night and refund us for that night—disgraceful. It's frankly inconvenient having to wait half an hour or even half an hour for the water to come out lukewarm and then showering like that in the freezing cold."
Hotel Ibis Lisboa Sintra ★★★
"It is a very convenience place in Sintra with an excellent B'fast and clean and tidy rooms. On the other hand the road net is very convenience to move within Sintra and some Lisbon areas ."
Casa do Vinho Sintra Guest House ★★★
"Lovely small hotel with attention to detail in Sintra. Only stayed one night but found the staff friendly and the facilities of high quality. A small fridge would have been handy but I notice these are not common in Portugal. Close to transport, attractions, restaurants and shopping, this hotel would be a good choice for anyone visiting the area."
Passeio Sintra Collection ★★★★
"Everything was amazing! Really nice and cozy room and tasty breakfast😊"
Sintra Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"Good location and the receptionist Andre was extremely helpful to advise me of the places of interest to cover during my stay. The room was spacious and bright. The bathroom also has a sliding door so water do not spill into the sanitary area. A nice hotel to stay at Sintra"
WOT Sarrazola Soul ★★★
"Room is small, no balcony. Tiny bathroom. Very simple breakfast, few parking spaces... With the exception of the staff service, which was very good, I think the hotel could be much better for the price charged."

Vila Gale Collection Sintra
"A very disappointing hotel; the quality was poor, and the staff were very lax. I would definitely not recommend it for this price."
Chalet Vitorino
"Love all the interior design and the owner is creative and nice he shows me all the art collection he owns . Super comfy and was a wonderful stay 🤓"
Casa Holstein Quinta de Sao Sebastiao Sintra
"Right in the center with central parking. Very nice (unheated outdoor pool) and great breakfast. Friendly staff and beautiful location. Would for sure stay here again in the future."
Valverde Sintra Palácio de Seteais - the Leading Hotels of the World
"Gorgeous grounds, excellent hotel staff, and a superb breakfast."
Lawrences Hotel
"The hotel is poorly maintained in some areas and in need of restoration. The staff is friendly and attentive, the breakfast is nothing extraordinary, and there is very little information about what the hotel has to offer. Parking was very difficult to find. In short, it is not worth the price charged, but the stay was pleasant."
Penha Longa Resort
"I actually came here to film a promotional video. But I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel: no welcome guests upon arrival, no explanation about the hotel, leaky windows, ceilings, some areas neglected, definitely showing their age, the men's sauna didn't work, the whirlpool didn't work, the swimming pool has a maximum depth of 90 cm, the room furnishings are very basic, no beach bag provided, not even upon request, hardly any toiletries, no umbrella, no tour of the hotel grounds, not even upon request, and so on and so forth. The breakfast is very good, but the rest is at best a 3-4 star level. In short: if you're out golfing all day and only come to the hotel for breakfast and dinner, then it's okay."
Cerrado Das Fontainhas Spa
"Our experience at Villa Cerrado das Fonthainas during our wedding weekend was disappointing. Despite the venue's undeniable beauty, the poor organization and lack of privacy made our stay stressful. Key details were mishandled, and despite us booking the all venue for the weekend, we never felt at ease. We hope the management improves communication and guest treatment. While the location is stunning, we cannot recommend this property for significant events."
NH Sintra Centro
"The hotel was located in the mountains. The room had a terrace, which was acceptable. Initially, we were given a corner room with a strong musty smell, but after communicating with them, we were reassigned. The fried eggs for breakfast were quite good."
Palácio de Sintra Boutique House
Storytellers Villas
"The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. Cristina's breakfast was delicious. There was free parking at the door."
Sintra Bliss Hotel
"Location close to Sintra train station. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. It was good for a one night stay. Breakfast was basic, average quality food. It would be better to have breakfast in some local bread shop."
