"The most horrible and disrespectful service I've envountered after travelling to +30 countries. The hotel provided ifnormation about washing machine and kitchen being available, which is why I booked it. After arrival, those were not allowed to be used to I asked for cancellation but they corrected the information on listing, gaslight me saying I'm wrong and refused to provide refund. The room was dirty, even for a change of bed sheets and housekeeping they charged extra and it always took forever to use the lift because of the crowd. Water pressure is slow. The staff was hostile and passive aggressive in the communication and i couldn't rest at all because of the anxiety it all gave me. Horrendous place. Worst service ever."

"My wife and I have traveled extensively, but we found a place where we had absolutely no complaints regarding cleanliness, service, price, or parking. I feel 1000% willing to visit again and again, so I decided to leave this review hoping that many people will choose this accommodation for a pleasant stay during their trip to Sokcho. I plan to revisit with other family members in the future. [Cleanliness] It is the best. There was absolutely no chemical smell typical of accommodations, and the towels were not damp at all. The floor inside the room was not carpeted, so it was clean and pleasant with no embedded dust. I couldn't find any dust accumulation even in the nooks and crannies. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. [Parking] There is a parking tower in the building, as well as a dedicated parking lot within a 1-2 minute walk, so we experienced absolutely no inconvenience during our stay. [Location] It is within walking distance of Sokcho Central Market, and if you prefer not to walk, taking a bus is also not difficult. [Service and Convenience] They were incredibly kind and greeted me with a bright smile every time I came and went. Thanks to that smile, every moment we shared was filled with a shared smile, making my trip truly enriching. On the 3rd floor of the building, I was able to enjoy a simple breakfast of cereal, hard-boiled eggs, and toast, and the cafe latte was delicious. Guests also receive a discount on cafe drinks. Additionally, having a GS25 convenience store right in front of the accommodation was also very convenient."
