"We stayed in a suite at the hotel. The view was magnificent. I couldn't take my eyes off the beauty of the Black Sea. We had our evening coffee and breakfast on the terrace balcony. The toilet and bathroom smelled wonderful; it was clean and spacious, comparable to a 5-star hotel. The room was huge. The reception staff, especially the Palestinian child, were so kind, tolerant, and helpful. I highly recommend it. It's very close to the center, a 4-minute drive. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't offer any food or breakfast, but there's a supermarket across the street and restaurants nearby. It's on a busy street with affordable places to eat. We ate pizza for two, bought breakfast items from the supermarket at a good price, and there's a kebab shop right around the corner. We only stayed one night but were very satisfied. I highly recommend it."

Good value it wort the price..They can arrange tours and excursions as well .Would stay here again absolutely..."

"Only blame yourself if you dare to book at this property. Hand on heart you will really really really regret it. Where do I start, When entered the given suit, we truly couldn’t believe our eyes due to the poor state of the property given. The place was filthy beyond belief, the so called sofa bed was broken and had what clearly looked like human secretions on it everywhere (see photos). The kitchen units were scratched and dirty, the bathroom had pink mould which indicates bacterial growth. The place advertised as sea view suit with sound proofing. Reality is that although the sea is somewhat is in the horizon, all you can see and hear is the massive building side next door with continuous banging. The building site is unlikely to finish for 18 months at least (see photos). There was no mention of such, and the so called sound proofing does not exist. The bedrooms had completely different appearance to what was advertised in the photos and were awful and not as advertised. Once we entered the property, WE COULD NOT STAY IN IT AND HAD TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY as it is deemed a safety concern to the family. Our toddler who went on to sit on the sofa and move about for a few minutes after we entered, ended up with unexplainable rash all over. We informed management of the situation and there were less than interested with our concerns. Only one person could speak some English and all not bothered at all. As a result of above, we had to leave and spent hours seeking alternative arrangements. Currently having a major complaint with booking as property refusing to give money back. Sincere advice, DO NOT BOOK HERE. Plenty of other options available near by that are more suitable."

"My husband and I are travelers, we arrived after a long journey from another country, tired and hungry, but they refused to check us in, since it turns out that the hotel owner's conditions require a marriage certificate (which we did not have, since we were traveling from another country and do not carry such documents with us). The hotel employee did not believe us, we called the owner, he refused to communicate with us. As a result, they refused to check us in and also refused to cancel our reservation and return the money for failure to provide services. We strongly do not recommend this hotel. Do not waste your nerves. This is the first time we have seen this, although we have traveled around Turkey many times. We had to look for new housing on the spot.
