The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

Extremely satisfied! I went to Hefei for a one-day trip to see a concert, and it also happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially arranged birthday decorations and even thoughtfully delivered a cake at night! The cake was delicious too! When checking out, they even gave us fruit for the road! This whole experience made me feel that even though the hotel has been open for a few years, their soft services are truly excellent! After leaving, I accidentally left some clothes behind, and they proactively contacted SF Express to send them back. This was a really great experience overall.

I stayed here for a concert and was pleasantly surprised! They'd already started decorating the lobby for Christmas and New Year, and there were some really beautiful bracelets on display too. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was unexpectedly spacious with great amenities – I especially loved being able to turn off the lights remotely with the smart assistant. My sleep quality was fantastic, as the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The front desk even gave us two complimentary breakfasts. I have to say, their breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and fresh fruit. I even asked the chef to make me a bowl of noodles with shredded pork, which was a nice touch. I brought some dirty laundry with me, and the staff kindly washed and dried it, delivering it right back to my room. For this price in Hefei, finding a 4-star hotel like this is rare; it's incredible value for money. The subway station is right downstairs, making travel super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. This hotel is a no-brainer! It was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Hefei. My stay was so satisfying that I'm giving it a five-star rating. Oh, and there are lots of beautiful bracelets available on the street downstairs.

Staying at the Grand Hyatt Hefei for this trip, I found the hotel's location to be excellent. It's really close to attractions like the Anhui Museum (new building), the Art Museum, and the Geological Museum, as well as the popular 'Hecai 1972' complex. The hotel is also on a high floor, offering panoramic views of Swan Lake and Hefei's famous 'Three-Piece Set' landmarks.

This stay was beyond my expectations! From the warm and professional reception at the front desk to the clean and cozy layout of the guest rooms, every detail makes people feel comfortable. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom equipment is brand new and fully functional, and even the corners are spotless. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the hot food tastes fresh, which can fully meet the needs of different tastes. I especially want to praise the staff, whether it is helping to carry luggage or patiently answering surrounding travel guides, the service is considerate and efficient. The location is also great, with convenient transportation, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are close at hand. The hotel is actually quite good, with complete facilities and clean rooms. The location is a bit far from the core area, but it is convenient to take a taxi. On the day of check-in, we encountered *** guests next door. The soundproofing was average. They quarreled all night long and the noise was audible. Complaining to the front desk was of little use. I felt helpless.
