RRodrigoA very good and convenient location with unstandingly friendly and helpful staff. The room, however, is just what you need as even toilet paper has to be asked for at the reception. I’d say you get what you pay for.

XXicoFuimos con mi mujer por el carnaval y el hotel sin duda que te lleva de una a viver el carnaval de Barranquilla. Música y animación durante los desayunos, el personal con su maquillaje carnavalesco todo muy bien. Hotel limpo, personal simpático, lo único que podrían intentar mejorar sería el desayuno que no tiene mucha variedad. Para alguien que se quede más de dos noches (que fue lo que paso con nosotros) el desayuno es siempre igual. Pero sin duda que regressaríamos.

GGuest UserCheck in was super slow, just 1 person at reception made checking in a big waste of time. The room was ok, a bit dated already. The water from the shower took ages to be hot and sometimes it didnt even went very hot. Breakfast was ok, not Amazing but had most of what youd expect although the restaurant itself had zero ambience, same as the lobby, not a nice place. big plain simple areas. Nothing alusive to the country.. or the city or the culture.. sad place. Bed was good and pillows also. Mini bar was well stuffed.

GGuest User1: 房間wifi信號很差，前兩天根本連不上wifi，房間手機信號也不好。
2: 空調遙控器壞了2次，中午開不了空調打電話前台等了半個小時才來人，而且是直接叫了個修理工來的，直接換了個新遙控器，晚上又用不了。
3: 房間非常奇怪 感覺很潮，被子枕頭都不乾爽，潮潮的。
4: 浴巾毛巾都是黃黃的，枕頭和被子也帶點黃色，感覺不太乾淨。
5: 前台説英語的都不是很熟練，我平台付完房費，過去還給我刷了一次房費，英語講不清，讓我刷卡我説是不是open credit，還説是給我刷了錢。後來打電話給我説給我刷錯錢了退回來的。
6: 員工倒是都很熱情，就是各方面感覺都差點意思，尤其是網不好對出差的非常避雷，郵件我都得去大堂發。

FFredLovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. Bed are very very clean and the room as well overall. Aircon doesn’t smell.

I had a horrible experience with the washing service which was amazingly expensive, and for the first time they broke my clothes because they shouldn't put it in a dryer or wash it in hot water.
The manager, Mr. Félix Marrugo, was very pleasant to offer a solution.
In summary, the hotel is generally excellent !

LLauraChMi estadía en el Hotel Windsor fue excelente. La habitación era espaciosa, moderna y muy limpia. La cama supercómoda, lo que me aseguró un descanso perfecto.
La ubicación es ideal, cerca de buenos restaurantes y sitios de interés. Lo que más destaco es el personal, siempre muy amable y atento, haciéndote sentir bienvenido en todo momento.
Sin duda, es una gran opción en Barranquilla por su calidad, comodidad y buen servicio. ¡Volveré!
