Good value for money, though it’s quite far from Frankfurt’s city center (e.g., Römerberg). If you don’t mind a ~1 km walk to the nearest train station, it’s a good trade-off compared to more expensive hotels in central Frankfurt

The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

The Frankfurt Airport hotel boasts an unbeatable location. The facilities are clean, and the service is excellent. Breakfast offers a wide variety of nutritious options, and the soundproofing is great. Plus, there's a free shuttle. It's a comfortable stay for a layover and offers great value for money.

The room is clean, but there’s no amenities like toothbrush, etc, even inside the room they didnt provide a mineral water. Process checkin and checkout was easy and fast by a self service system. Important info how to get there: From terminal 1, after arrival walk towards sign train T/S downstairs Choose SHORT TRIP ticket at the machine ticket cost around 2€ and choose gateaway gardens. Take the S9 train (only 1 stop) and walk from there There’s a medium size supermarket accross the stret close at 00.00 to buy many option of asian instant noodle.

Very good The room is big too I used the family room and it had a bunk bed. It's on Ripple, but the bathroom door is a bit tricky. After showering, you must leave the bathroom naked. Breakfast was great. A walk along the river is nice.

I booked the wrong place; it's a bit far from the exhibition hall, so I had to take a taxi. But the room was okay, and breakfast was decent. Across the street is a Woods restaurant 😂

We had a really pleasant experience. The room was spacious, modern and very clean, with great city views from the higher floors. The super king size bed was extremely comfortable and probably one of the best parts of the stay in this EU trip. Location was super convenient as well — Skyline Plaza shopping mall is a street away, making it easy for shopping, groceries and meals. The hotel is 10mins walking distance or 2 stops away by tram to Frankfurt Hbf.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was excellent for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The location was perfect—close to the US Embassy, an asian restaurant and public transport. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is good, but it's a bit of a walk from the light rail station. Taking bus 87 to connect to the light rail station would be fine, but the buses are infrequent and the wait times are too long. Also, there were some drunk people gathering and drinking in the hotel parking lot at night, which might be a safety concern.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service (see image below). Airport drop-off is available by advance booking for €5 per person. Their shuttle buses are small, seating only 8 people, so advance booking is necessary; last-minute inquiries may not guarantee availability. This hotel is next to the Holidayinn Express. Overall, it's quite nice and I recommend staying here.
