For just over 1000 yen, getting a one-night stay with two meals for two people, plus a sea view, is incredible value! The dinner buffet, while not huge, had excellent quality ingredients. We feasted on delicious salmon and tuna. The room was spacious. Sure, there were a few minor imperfections in some corners, but for this price, I can't complain. The only real issue was that the hotel only offers free luggage storage until 3 PM. They didn't mention this when we dropped off our bags. Halfway through our Kumano Kodo hike, a friend behind me delivered the bad news. I ended up having to carry six people's luggage to our next accommodation all by myself. It was quite a heartbreaking experience.

The hotel was perfect! Breakfast with an ocean view was lovely, and the room was incredibly spacious and new, especially compared to other hotels in the area. The 11th-floor onsen offered breathtaking views, and I loved soaking in the beautiful Shirahama sunsets every evening. Ramen shops, convenience stores, and drugstores are all within walking distance. The bus stop is a short walk down to the beach, and all the main attractions are easily accessible from there, which was very convenient. The only downside was the uphill walk, which was quite a struggle when carrying luggage. However, I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

I had originally planned to book the Kamenoi Hotel in Kikatsuura, but I found this one in Tanabe at the last minute and decided to change my plans. The hotel has a shuttle bus from Tanabe, but it seems to leave around 2:30 PM. We arrived around noon, so we opted to go ourselves; a taxi would have cost around 85 yuan. The hotel scenery is beautiful, perfect for a quiet vacation and a few extra days. There are several scenic spots nearby, probably a national park, with stunning views. It was quite windy that day, but we still managed to walk around the island. The hotel service was excellent. They even provided local snacks and green tea in the room. The best part was that from afternoon until 9:00 PM, the hotel lobby offered complimentary red wine, white wine, plum wine, beer, and snacks – that was fantastic! We ordered three simple dishes for dinner, which were quite good (it would be much more cost-effective to book a set menu that includes dinner). In the evening, we went to the large public bath for a soak. The outdoor view of the sunset was amazing.

This hotel is highly recommended if you're visiting Shirahama! 👍👍👍 Facilities: Very complete. Free onsen (hot spring), swimming pool, and gym. Cleanliness: The rooms are clean and the wet and dry areas are separated, making it very convenient. Environment: Excellent! 👍 You can see the sea view every day, which is very pleasant. Service: The hotel service is excellent. They offer Chinese-speaking staff and can help you make restaurant reservations. Location: Excellent location. The three scenic spots of Shirahama are nearby, only about a 15-minute walk. There are also delicious ramen, set meals, bread, etc., right across from the hotel. Most importantly, the food is affordable and delicious! 😃😃😃

The service of the staff is polite and kind to greatly recover the old equipment. This is the first time I feel that the cleaning staff is not enough, but I want to go again. The location is relatively biased, it is very convenient to drive in and out and there is a parking lot for self-driving tours. The room is also wide and open, and the bathroom is also big! The room has a nostalgic atmosphere, although it is still ok for some days. The most heartwarming thing is that there is a large massage chair in the room to relieve fatigue and there is a hot spring bathtub on the terrace of the room to enjoy the very privacy hot spring bath and the hotel also has a hot spring bath for guests to enjoy! The hotel waiter is very good 👍 so feel at home 😄

The location is not easy to find. It takes a long time to find it. It may be close to the sea. It is too quiet and dark at night. I am a little afraid. If there are boys, it is okay. If there are girls, it is not recommended.
