"Santa Barbara is beautiful, but this accommodation experience is really bad! The hotel room is very small compared to other hotels on Highway 1. The balcony room we chose was assigned to the side of the road, which has noise problems. The dining area for breakfast is very small and crowded. "The hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽"

"The location is very good. It is very convenient to go anywhere in the town. Parking is convenient. The room is quite large and there is a small yard on the first floor. "The hotel was very nice! The rooms were clean and modern and the service was great. We thought there would be a microwave in the room and there was not, but there was a sizable mini fridge so that worked for us. The continental breakfast was included in our stay and it was great! Several options and the food was very good. The room was quiet and it was located near many attractions, such as the Museum of Natural History. It was only about a 10-15 minute drive to the beaches and the SB Zoo as well. We had our 5-year-old with us and it was family friendly. Overall, a really wonderful stay."
