"I checked into this hotel on Friday, so the price was 2,300, which is twice as expensive as usual. It is considered a motel in general. The decoration is American-style and parking is free. Some people have rated the breakfast very well, but I think it is very average. It only has some bread and cold boiled eggs. There is a tofu and vegetable snack. There is no bacon, sausage, or vegetables. The fruit is cantaloupe, which is quite disappointing. If around 1,000 is acceptable, then the service is considered normal."

"Bonne situation, très propre, chambre spacieuses avec deux grands lits, mais ceux ci sont sans balcon.  Points négatifs : petit déjeuner : nous n’avons que mangé le premier jour, puis plus, car que des muffins, gaufres (sans goûts), beurre, sirops (caramel), tabourets, bananes et oranges (sans goût). Pas de confiture, pas de choco, pas de salé, que du sucré et de mauvaise qualité. Nous voulions apporter notre propre pain, mais pas de toaster… (le pain américain = pain de mie). Petit déjeuner très pauvre. Pour les fumeurs : 1 grand cendrier sur le parking, seul endroit dédié aux fumeurs, pas de chaises, pas de bancs… il faut rester debout sur le parking. Le wifi déplorable dans la chambre, en revanche très bonne connexion à la réception. Nous étions donc en continu sur notre 5G."

"Very retro decoration style, or copper key, not a room card, the first time I went out to bring the door and thought it was locked, I found that there was no lock when I came back, but it was safe. Breakfast is relatively simple, small cakes, ice milk, no place to heat, fruit is the whole apple and orange, not convenient to eat"

"The room is small, the health is OK, in the town, just stayed on the 18th, the other did not say, the payment information provided by Ctrip has serious problems, I booked the room 3 or 4 months in advance, Ctrip App shows the user The famous currency is paid for, and it shows that I have prepaid, but I have to pay a second payment when I check in, and just brush the US dollar credit card, which brings two big problems: 1. I can't stay in normal mood. 2. I have already made a large amount of economic losses for the US dollar. This has also caused the price that was initially confirmed by Ctrip to be inconsistent with the price I actually paid. Why didn’t Ctrip have any hints at the beginning? There are many shops along the way, open to the beach and there are night markets selling a variety of vegetables and fruits, all very fresh. In particular, there is a 99-cent supermarket, which is cheaper to buy daily necessities and foods, vegetables and fruits, and buys a lot of things for more than a dozen dollars. Was here for 2 nights with my partner, and first time staying at a bnb. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and conveniently located it was. It’s a short walk from state street, where all the good restaurants and retail shops are. The breakfast was delicious and cooked with soul. The cookies were also a lovely treat. Highly recommend for a homey and enjoyable experience!

I called before arriving, asking about the bedding. I told them I was traveling with 91 yr. old mother and 67 yr. old sister. I am 71. They offer 1 queen and told me extra double would be very comfortable. It was a pull out couch. When you remove the cushions from sofa, there is a note pasted on the pull out that my sheet are in a bag in the closet. The pull out was metal springs. The bag has a top, bottom sheet and pillow with no case, 1 blanket. It took 5 layers of padding to make it sleepable. All 3 of us left for the entire day and when we arrived to the room at 6:30 p.m. our used towels were still on the floor and trash cans were full. Fresh towels were delivered to our room from the common open area, not thru the hallway. This stay was not what I expected of Marriott Residence Inn at $346.00 per night plus $15.00 per night for parking. Oh and there is a sign before you enter the hallways that tell you if your car is vandalized, Marriott is not responsible. Welcome to California in 2024.

The hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽

The front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay. At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water. The hotel is small, but the location is in the rich area, very comfortable; The staff is also very enthusiastic, but after leaving the store, I was not very happy to charge an extra fee of a few hundred yuan. I wrote an email to ask what tax was charged less, but the hotel now received less money and deducted credit card money without notifying me. Check in at 9 o'clock in the evening, the clerk warmly received, I heard that I want to watch the sunrise, intimate reminder of the sunrise time, the location is very close to the sea, 50 meters away is the beach, walk to the beach in the evening and morning, the room has two bathrooms, very convenient for opposite sex friends to live together

This was the best hotel on our West Coast trip, even more comfortable than the 5-star hotel we stayed at in Las Vegas. We liked it so much we booked another hotel from the same chain later in Monterey. Parking was super convenient, right in front of our room, and it was free – plus they had breakfast! Where else can you find that? The scenery was beautiful, and it was incredibly kid-friendly. The pool was heated, though we didn't use it. There's also a self-service laundry room with dryers, but you need to download an app to top up and use them. Highly recommend booking a stay here!

There is a buffet in the afternoon. There is wine and fruit biscuit cheese. Very good. The room was very very clean. The bedding is soft. The room is small, and the family recommends a large room type. 2 minutes walk from the train station.

Room facilities are simple and like this style. There are great pools and bars in the public area. The hotel is located in the center of Barbara and is very convenient to walk to the main street. You need to drive to the beach and charge $30 a day for parking.
