The hotel environment is very good, in the mountains, but the decoration is not the standard of a four-star hotel. The kettle was extremely dirty on the first day, so I changed it. The breakfast was very good

Location of hotel was fantastic , very near the train station . Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also good . Will stay here again if visit the city .

Very nice hotel! We had a small issue when you open a window the air starts to whistle under the door, so you cannot keep the window at night, only temporary. One important thing - the PIZZA in the bar IS AMAZING! Must try.

The room was clean, serviced and restocked with tea and coffee bags every day.

The room is very large and there is a parking lot. This #business trip is worth recommending. It is very good value and recommended.

Though initially concerned that the hotel was on the side of the train station away from the city centre, it honestly didn’t matter. Still so convenient. Loved the touches like lemon infused water at the reception. Staff much friendlier than another NH I stayed in in the Netherlands

Good hotel, breakfast is well arranged and dinner is also good. The room is clean, but the bathroom is dated, you can use a refreshment round, the shower is not good. When check-in and check-out is not all staff is just as friendly or professional, something went wrong with my breakfast booking via trip.com, eventually contacted customer service and then it was solved. But the hotel did a very strange thing about this... this isn't our problem...

The hotel is close to the central station, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good, with smoked salmon. The service is also excellent; the staff are friendly, and luggage storage is free. I've stayed in hotels for over 20 days while traveling in Europe these past two years, usually choosing three- or four-star hotels since five-star ones are out of my budget. This is the first hotel I've ever seen that provides five items in the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. I was practically moved to tears! Oh, and there's a pair of disposable slippers too, which is a rare treat. Park Plaza Utrecht, you'll be etched in my memory!

Wij komen hier regelmatig. Altijd een mooi en goed hotel geweest. Prachtige omgeving, mooie bossen om te wandelen, fietsen etc.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were really great! Compliments to the chefs! The service was attentive, quiet (and at an appropriate distance) but also paid attention to the guest. The room was perfect in terms of location and super clean. The kettle with coffee and tea is much appreciated. We rented an e-bike on the t****th day. Wonderful cycling in the area. Many possibilities. Cycling routes were available in the hotel. Tip for the hotel: Some more information (than just providing the bicycle key, battery and shed key from reception) is desirable. Especially if you are using an e-bike for the first time.
