I had a very bad experience with Suzanne, one of the receptionists on the checkout morning. She did not have professional manners and was not willing to give any information when asked about the deposits I made. I was surprised to witness her abrupt communication skills which are rare in hospitable sectors. I think the staff working at receptions are an image of the hotels and Suzanne’s behaviour and manners compromised the Seneca Hotel and Resort’s reputation. The reason I write this review is to improve the staff performance and I do not have any intention to damage the particular staff’s career. Many Thanks.

Good location and there is Walmart and McDonald by walking distance.

Facilities: It had all the necessary facilities, but the room was too small. I guess that's understandable given its prime location near Times Square. The air conditioning didn't seem to be very cold; it was particularly hot the day we arrived in New York, and we even woke up from the heat at night. Cleanliness: It was pretty clean.

The location of this hotel was not far from Madison Square Garden, Midtown, Times Square, and Broadway. There was several bus stops for the hop on hop off tour buses near by. The staff here are all very friendly and eager to help and make sure you have the best experience possible. If this is your first time to New York, like it was for us, and you’re not sure about how to get a taxi to the airport from the hotel after your stay- fear not, the front desk can schedule you a private taxi (they accept cash and Zelle only) and are able to provide you with a rough estimate of fare price. Taxi may arrive 10 - 20 minutes after scheduled time — plan promptly 😅. Thank you to the staff of this hotel for an amazing experience.

I've stayed at this hotel before during covid and it was amazing. I did stay this past weekend and the only downfall is my room was the first room off the elevator on my floor so there was alot of noise all night. The pool was also packed with kids..both things completely out of the hotels control. The room was nice and we had a beautiful view of buffalo and the mall! Breakfast was great and the location couldn't be better with lots of restaurants, mall and other attractions not far (Niagara falls). I'll be back again as my son and I always have a blast staying here!

This place was fantastic. The rooms are cozy, which is totally normal for New York City, but the location is unbeatable. Everything is central, easy to walk to, and simple to reach by train. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, and the view of the Empire State Building felt like a movie scene, better than any artwork on the walls. The real highlight was the staff. Easily the friendliest and most professional team I have encountered in the United States. Huge kudos to Tanika and Violet at the front desk for making me feel like family away from home. Absolute keepers. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Good location - many eateries, restaurants and supermarkets, shopping malls nearby within walking distance. Subway 7 is straight line walking distance. Breakfast - plain porridge with pickles, bread, pastries, DIY waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruits and also hot and cold beverages. We enjoyed the food. Service - friendly staff especially the aunty-in-charge of breakfast. Hotel room - clean and neat. Bed was comfortable with clean bedding. Only eyesore thing is the few broken floor tiles around the centre in the toilet  (looked old broken tiles)and not sure why no repair.

The Paramount Hotel, nestled in the Theater District on 46th Street, is a century-old French Renaissance-style building. Its location is absolutely superb, surrounded by countless dining options, various small theaters, and bars. Right downstairs, you'll find excellent restaurants and bars, including Goop Kitchen for takeout, 787 Coffee, and Maison Brunch… Times Square is just one block away… and within a few blocks, you can reach Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue, Madison Avenue, and Bryant Park. A delightful surprise is the live jazz music, often featuring a beautiful female vocalist, playing in the lobby around 8 PM. You don't even have to leave the hotel – just order a cocktail or whiskey, and if you're a bit tipsy, no worries, simply head upstairs to relax. 😏

I've stayed at Yotel 2 years ago and because I loved the experience then, I decided to stay once more this time. I asked if it's possible to get a room high up to see the city view and I got it. (Which is one of the reasons why I like Yotel) The staffs are very friendly and helpful, so overall it was a pleasant stay again! I hope to come back soon!

This hotel is really close to the Javits Center in New York, about a 10-minute walk, which was super convenient for my business trip. There are also convenience stores nearby, making daily life very easy. Of course, the facilities can't compare to hotels in China, as most hotels here are quite old. However, the environment and cleanliness were good, and the room was comfortable. For a week-long stay, they cleaned every two days, and it didn't affect service even if I didn't leave a tip, which was nice as it's not mandatory. Overall, it's quite friendly for Chinese travelers.🤭
