GGuest Userthe Location was great and the restaurant staff were friendly and provided us good service, which is unfortunately the two positive parts of our stay.
when we arrive, the reception experience was very poor. No Information was given about the lodge or breakfast until I asked, and we were not even accompanied to our room. The condition of the room was disappointing. The shower and floors were dirty to the point where you could not shower without wearing flip flops. Housekeeping was also below standard. During our 2-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, the bins were not emptied, dishes were not washed properly and both the bathroom and floors remained dirty. Only the beds were made. This was a very disappointing experience.

CchanThis hotel exceeded all our expectations in terms of quality, luxury and service. The hotel is a short drive from the local airport and is perfect for safari. We used it as a base to visit different sections of KNP. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe Bathroom basin drain seem blocked as the water was slot to escape.
The breakfast venue was so loud , chef was good, but the tables were left dirty after people were done.

The staffs were friendly and the place is clean. The chef prepared food according to your dietary needs.

Airport transfers were pre-booked, and the three daily meals were meticulously prepared, varied, plentiful, and of above-average quality.
A variety of alcoholic beverages, coffee, and snacks were available throughout the day (including during safari activities), and the in-room minibar was fully included with a wide selection.
The rooms were well-equipped, with comfortable mattresses and spacious bathrooms.
Two safari activities were offered daily, morning and evening, providing an excellent experience and featuring all five major African attractions!
Highly recommended for those with a sufficient budget and fluent language skills!

GGuest UserMy daughter was denied access to her room because the hotel wouldn’t take a Wechat proof of payment ( China) and made her pay again for the same booking in South African Rands. That was very inconvenient
