Hope u guys can improve dari segi kebersihan sebab lantai tandas dan lantai bilik rasa melekit macam sabun cuci lantai tak bilas habis. As suggestion why not u guys put some basic cuttleries macam mangkuk pinggan sudu garfu ke. Yang lain okay selesa harga pun berpatutan, parking pun senang cuma mahal lah flat rate Rm15. Cuma make sure u guys double check regarding facities ya so that ur customers boleh guna kemudahan hotel and tak kena sound dengan staff hotel lagi. Tq

It feels a bit like a hostel, but the hygiene is good, and you have to take off your shoes when you enter. There's a very cute and friendly cat. On the first night, there was no hot water, but it was resolved after I reported it. The concept of Swallow's Nest is environmental protection and energy saving, so sometimes it feels inconvenient, but on second thought, it's not bad. The room is quite small, and the bathroom design is extremely compact. Since they don't provide breakfast, the hotel offers free instant noodles and coffee packets. The lobby on the first floor feels like a living room at home. It's very comfortable to sit and chat with a cup of Milo before bed.

Check-in was super easy, and the property is very accessible with a convenient location near town. The place is also quiet, clean, and well-maintained. One thing to note during check-out time: since many guests check out around the same period, it’s better to take the lift up first before going down. Otherwise, you may end up waiting in a long queue depending on the crowd and traffic 😅 Overall, it was a great stay, and a big thank you to the host for being so attentive and responsive throughout.

The spacious family room offered stunning ocean views, and the hotel facilities, including a large pool, sea view and bath tub . beyond expectation ! but Long waiting for lift to checkout due to The time between a hotel's standard checkout . I understand when housekeeping has the fewest hours to turn over the rooms, so any late checkouts are particularly disruptive.

Easy check in process.. But if you need extra hours after check out time, you need confirmation from the host or you will be locked from outside with your belonging still inside the house.. It happened to us when we came back from registering our daughter nearby univ. at 12.10 ..check out time 12.00..our beloging still inside the resident and we cannot enter the resident using the same passcode given earlier.Overall the apartment was very nice and cosy..

Overall, it was a pleasant stay in Melaka. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos. The owner was also very helpful and responsive throughout the stay. However, there was no designated parking provided. Parking costs RM15 per entry, which can be quite inconvenient, especially if you plan to go in and out frequently. The check-in process was also delayed by about 45 minutes because the security guard was quite strict and had difficulty communicating in English and Malay. Thankfully, the owner stepped in and assisted us promptly. Despite the parking and check-in issues, the room itself was excellent and made the stay enjoyable.

The unit is very well maintained despite the building being quite old. The agent was also very responsive. However, the cleanliness of the unit could still be improved. The floor was slightly sticky, and the bathroom had a bit of an odor, possibly due to the piping. Overall, it’s a good stay, and you can tell that the management is very considerate in many aspects. The unit faces the road, so it can be a little noisy. Noise tolerance may vary from person to person; for me, it was still bearable. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a mak rempit event, which affected the experience somewhat.

Very Muslim-friendly hotel. A Qibla direction is provided in the room, and you can request a prayer mat from the staff if one isn't already available. The management is friendly and very responsive to any requests. The room features a hot shower, complimentary soap and shampoo, plenty of hangers, and even two boxes of tissues. I also enjoyed the Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix access. Plus, there’s a Coway water dispenser located on the ground floor for convenience. Overall, a very comfortable stay and highly recommended!

The boss's service is impeccable. He always says ”Ask me any questions and I'll get back to you right away” at the end of every sentence. You can contact the boss directly after checking in. After opening the door remotely, the boss will tell you which room you are in. After entering the room, you'll see a projection machine and a map route prepared by the boss, introducing nearby locations. The boss said coffee, tea, and instant noodles are all free. I just happened to be playing on the beach for a day and was hungry, so I ate a cup of instant noodles. The washing machine can also be used. After using it, I felt that the boss really handled the details very well. He usually maintains the washing machine. The water dispenser is also very new. The water does not have any odor. There is both ice water and hot water. It is really comfortable to have ice water in summer. The toilet is very clean. There is a pair of slippers inside. It is very attentive. People who don't like to get their feet wet will love it. There are some small boxes at the entrance. There are sewing kits inside. It happened that my pants were broken and they could be repaired on the same day. I was really impressed by the details. I am really satisfied with this place. The boss is very considerate and only worries about whether we sleep well.
