TTiya AlfredHad a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Despite having the toilet leaking on the 1st day evening, they sent 3 maintenance guys to check and rectify the problem. Loved the shower, strategic location near to many eateries, walkable attractions abt 15min, have a small pool quiet and cosy, overall good time. Definitely will come back again. Easy to check in with touch screen card access guidelines and check out. They have hair dryer, iron board, electrical kettle, tea coffee sugar, workable TV, mini fridge. Pool is at L23 open 7am-8pm, there is a vending machine to purchase swimming attire of all sizes. L3 there are ballrooms, small gym and a restaurant. The view is amazing. Thank you so much.

ZZhouyoulieguodeshaguaIt feels a bit like a hostel, but the hygiene is good, and you have to take off your shoes when you enter. There's a very cute and friendly cat. On the first night, there was no hot water, but it was resolved after I reported it. The concept of Swallow's Nest is environmental protection and energy saving, so sometimes it feels inconvenient, but on second thought, it's not bad. The room is quite small, and the bathroom design is extremely compact. Since they don't provide breakfast, the hotel offers free instant noodles and coffee packets. The lobby on the first floor feels like a living room at home. It's very comfortable to sit and chat with a cup of Milo before bed.

IIrene沛廉Check-in was super easy, and the property is very accessible with a convenient location near town. The place is also quiet, clean, and well-maintained.
One thing to note during check-out time: since many guests check out around the same period, it’s better to take the lift up first before going down. Otherwise, you may end up waiting in a long queue depending on the crowd and traffic 😅
Overall, it was a great stay, and a big thank you to the host for being so attentive and responsive throughout.

AAaira_ammarThe spacious family room offered stunning ocean views, and the hotel facilities, including a large pool, sea view and bath tub . beyond expectation ! but Long waiting for lift to checkout due to The time between a hotel's standard checkout . I understand when housekeeping has the fewest hours to turn over the rooms, so any late checkouts are particularly disruptive.

AAinaa KharulOverall, it was a pleasant stay in Melaka.
The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos. The owner was also very helpful and responsive throughout the stay.
However, there was no designated parking provided. Parking costs RM15 per entry, which can be quite inconvenient, especially if you plan to go in and out frequently.
The check-in process was also delayed by about 45 minutes because the security guard was quite strict and had difficulty communicating in English and Malay. Thankfully, the owner stepped in and assisted us promptly.
Despite the parking and check-in issues, the room itself was excellent and made the stay enjoyable.

MMaple99The unit is very well maintained despite the building being quite old. The agent was also very responsive. However, the cleanliness of the unit could still be improved. The floor was slightly sticky, and the bathroom had a bit of an odor, possibly due to the piping.
Overall, it’s a good stay, and you can tell that the management is very considerate in many aspects. The unit faces the road, so it can be a little noisy. Noise tolerance may vary from person to person; for me, it was still bearable.
Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a mak rempit event, which affected the experience somewhat.

GGuest UserVery Muslim-friendly hotel. A Qibla direction is provided in the room, and you can request a prayer mat from the staff if one isn't already available. The management is friendly and very responsive to any requests. The room features a hot shower, complimentary soap and shampoo, plenty of hangers, and even two boxes of tissues. I also enjoyed the Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix access. Plus, there’s a Coway water dispenser located on the ground floor for convenience.
Overall, a very comfortable stay and highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserWarm, clean and tidy, the hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to go to various check-in spots! The landlord gave us a detailed travel guide to Malacca, which was very helpful, especially the sunset view at the Malacca Straits Mosque was so photogenic!
