Hot Springs Hotels in Yunnan, China

The Kaleidoscope room is truly amazing! You can capture the chimney night view right from the balcony, and the most stunning surprise was on the day we left – I opened the curtains and saw the sunrise, it was absolutely beautiful. The hotel staff's service attitude was also excellent. I accidentally scraped another car while parking, and they quickly helped resolve it. They even gave us two complimentary breakfasts afterward. I'm truly grateful; this hotel is genuinely fantastic. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the scenic area for photos, but the Dongfengyun Scenic Area is only really suitable for taking pictures; we finished exploring in half an hour. By 3 PM, we were so bored we just watched TV at the hotel. If I hadn't booked the hotel in advance, I would have just gone back to Kunming that evening.

I booked a 76-square-meter apartment, and 76 is absolutely amazing! Cleanliness: Satisfactory, no obvious unsanitary corners. Service: Just average. No one helped with luggage, and the cups weren't changed during room service after my two-night stay. Facilities: The hot spring was great, the swimming pool was huge, the breakfast was just average, and the mini-bar was all portable. They generously provided a lot of bottled water. Summary: Suitable for families with children. 76 square meters is truly spacious! The airport transfer was in a large Mercedes-Benz van that could carry a lot of luggage. There's room for improvement in other areas.

The hotel environment is fantastic, with many hot spring pools and lots of trees, plus a variety of small animals. Our room had floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, and we could even project movies. There's also a small private courtyard outside for a personal hot spring bath, which was amazing. The front desk staff were very attentive and detailed in their service, which was excellent. However, there was a minor flaw: there was no toilet paper holder in the restroom. The toilet paper was placed next to the sink outside the door, meaning you had to stand up to reach it, which was quite awkward.

If you're traveling with kids, this is the place to be! They'll be so engrossed, you won't hear a peep from them. The garden and children's playground are absolutely fantastic. Seeing the kids happy is what matters most. Plus, the hotel is close to Dianchi Lake, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. You can go see the seagulls and take a stroll. It's pure bliss!

The hotel is located within the Huquan Eco-Park, and Building E is a short walk from the Banshan Hot Springs, just a few minutes away. The hotel's decor is a bit old-fashioned, but it doesn't feel worn out, and the overall cleanliness is good. The family rooms, in particular, have children's beds with safety rails and tents, which is a great touch. The service is also very friendly, and the breakfast area is pleasant with a good variety of options. The surrounding environment is lovely, perfect for a refreshing and relaxing stroll in the morning or after a meal. Staying at the hotel includes complimentary tickets to the Banshan Hot Springs, which offer a wide range of pools. We arrived after 9 PM, and it wasn't crowded at all. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is located next to the ancient town and just opened this year. The lobby has a stylish design and a fishpond, perfect for taking photos. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathrooms have separate shower and toilet areas. There's an elevator, the breakfast is good, and parking is free. The front desk staff are friendly and attentive. The only drawback is that the air conditioner vent in my room wasn't working. I hope this can be improved.

With stunning Mekong River views and close proximity to the bustling Starry Night Market, this is truly the ideal way to experience Xishuangbanna! The infinity pool on the negative first floor offers direct views of the Mekong River while you swim. Taking photos during sunset and at night here is simply breathtaking! The entire room features smart voice control with 'Xiaodu' – adjusting the air conditioning or turning on the TV is just a command away. The mini-bar, branded bathroom fixtures, separate wet and dry areas, and even an indoor hot tub made our one-night stay incredibly comfortable! Breakfast is available for an unlimited number of guests and the quality is superb! Whether you're a family or a group of friends, you'll save a fortune on a big meal. Plus, there's personalized butler service from check-in to check-out, ensuring every need is met.

The room is very design, you can overlook the Shwedagon Pagoda on the balcony, the hotel service is very warm, laundry service is provided, the bedding drinks are complete, there are free drinks in the lobby, the breakfast is very delicious, the bedding is comfortable and sleeps soundly. The butler service is intimate, the pick-up and drop-off is worry-free, the roof pool is super beautiful, and you can watch the Golden Tower sunset. The boss recommended a lot of delicious restaurants and coffee, and also helped with parking and pick-up. You can also drink and chat together at night. It can be said that you have lived in the ceiling of the hotel. I will recommend it to friends around me!

The staff was enthusiastic and took the initiative to help with luggage, introduce us to local specialties, attractions, food, etc. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the night was very quiet and the bedding was very good. The hotel also had a free self-service laundry room. It was very convenient. The hot spring on the roof at night can eliminate the fatigue of the day. I choose this one for business trips here. The price is very high.

Gaozhuang truly transforms from day to night; its real charm only emerges in the evening! The melodious hulusi, the graceful Fannuo dance, the endless neon lights, the exotic Dai electronic music, and the bustling Ganbai Street. Since I'm not a fan of guesthouses, I always choose the Mekong Jinglan Hotel for my stays. I visited Gaozhuang two years ago and also stayed at Jinglan. The facilities, location, views, and service were all top-notch. So, for this trip to Gaozhuang, Jinglan was again my top choice! The room interiors, bed frames, and even the exterior walls are all well-maintained, indicating that the hotel is well-managed and invests in its upkeep, creating a positive cycle. This time, I'm staying in Gaozhuang for 4 days. I initially booked a two-day River View Executive Twin Room. At check-in, the lovely Miss Xiaoju at the front desk warmly welcomed me and helped arrange a high-floor room as requested. When I learned about the in-house suites on higher floors (fewer than 5 available, with better views, and not sold on platforms), Xiaoju proactively offered a key card for me to view them. After some discussion, Xiaoju offered a very favorable price within her authority. Consequently, I decided to book the in-house suite for another two days. A huge thank you to Xiaoju for her help! My vacation wasn't long enough this time to stay for the Dai New Year Water Splashing Festival. I'll definitely come back when I have more time to experience the three-day carnival!
